نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيكون مقر العمل في مكتب Nextpower في الرياض، وسترفع تقاريرك إلى مدير المصنع العام. أنت مسؤول عن تطوير وإدارة سلسلة التوريد المحلية، وقيادة عمليات التصنيع والتحسين المستمر لعمليات الصلب وشبكة الموردين من خلال استراتيجيات خاصة بالفئة والمنطقة والمورد، وبناء علاقات استراتيجية مع الموردين الأساسيين. كما ستضمن التنفيذ الصحيح لجميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بتعريف وتطوير وإطلاق منتج أو مورد جديد أو محسّن.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة جهود التأهيل التقني لدعم إطلاق المنتجات، مع التركيز على الجودة ورضا العملاء والتكلفة والاستدامة.
- التنسيق بين إدارة المنتج والهندسة والجودة وهندسة المشاريع والتطبيقات والموردين لوضع ومراجعة خطط المهام والتسليمات، وضمان الامتثال لجداول المهام والتكاليف.
- تحديد المشكلات وتحليلها مع أخذ المبادرة لتنفيذ تحسينات تحقق فائدة تجارية معترف بها.
- قيادة مبادرات خفض التكاليف للموردين المعينين.
- تنسيق الأنشطة اليومية لتسليم جميع المشاريع والتسليمات في الوقت المحدد.
- استكشاف مشكلات التصنيع والمعدات وإصلاحها، وتحليل السبب الجذري واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وتوثيق النتائج.
- استضافة اجتماعات المشروع الدورية وتقديم تحديثات الحالة لأصحاب المصلحة.
- المشاركة الفعالة في الاجتماعات وفرص تطوير الأعمال حسب الحاجة.
- الدفاع عن صوت العميل الداخلي.
- زيارة الموردين بشكل متكرر ومتابعة أداء التنفيذ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات تفاوض متقدمة.
- خبرة مع مصنّعي الصلب السعوديين وعمليات التصنيع واللوائح.
- خبرة في التصنيع التعاقدي (CM) أو تصنيع المعدات الأصلية (OEM) تشمل سنتين عمل منتظم مع مصنع واحد أو أكثر في تطوير العمليات، التصميم للتصنيع (DFM)، تجهيز الأدوات، وإطلاق المنتجات.
- خبرة في اثنين على الأقل من العمليات التالية: الختم، الحفر، القطع بالليزر، ثني الأنابيب، أو اللحام.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية قوية لتتبع مشاريع وموردين متعددين في بيئة دولية ومتعددة الثقافات.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel وPowerPoint.
- القدرة على إعداد التقارير وتقديم الاستراتيجيات على المستوى التنفيذي.
- مهارات اتصال متقدمة (كتابية وشفهية).
- طلاقة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية على الأقل.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون قوية عبر الوظائف، حيث أن جزءاً كبيراً من الفريق والموردين يعملون عن بُعد.
- التوجه نحو النتائج والقدرة على التفكير خارج الصندوق لتحقيق النتائج.
- القدرة على التعامل مع الغموض والاستجابة بسرعة ومرونة.
- الاستقلالية في العمل.
- الاستعداد للسفر بشكل منتظم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو التصنيع (أو مؤهل أعلى).
- 8-10 سنوات خبرة في تصنيع الصلب الثقيل مع ملكية مثبتة لتركيب المعدات ورفع الإنتاج.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

The Manufacturing Engineering Specialist will be based in Riyadh in Nextpower office. In this position, you will report to the Factory General Manager. Nextpower is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist in Saudi Arabia to develop and manage its local supply chain as local supply becomes more strategic.
The Manufacturing Engineering department is responsible for driving the industrialization, ramp‑up and continuous improvement of the steel processes and supplier network through deploying category/region/supplier-specific strategies and establishing strategic relationships with core suppliers.
He/She will also be responsible to ensure correct execution of all the activities related to define, develop and launch a new or improved product or supplier.

- Lead cost reduction initiatives for assigned suppliers
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities required to deliver all projects and deliverables on time
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues; own root‑cause analysis and corrective actions, documenting results
- Host recurring project meetings and deliver status updates to all stakeholders
- Actively participate in meetings and business development opportunities as needed
- Internal customer voice; an advocate for the customer
- Visit frequently suppliers and keep track of execution performance
- Advanced Negotiation skills
- Experience with Saudi steel manufacturers and manufacturing process and regulations
- Experience in CM or OEM manufacturing including two years working regularly with one or more factories on process development, DFM, tooling readiness, and product launches
- Experience in at least two of the following processes: stamping, drilling, laser cutting, tube bending, or welding
- Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to report and present a strategy at executive level
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent oral and written communications at least in English and Arabic
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills as a significant part of the team and suppliers are remote
- Results orientated and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results
- Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly
- Autonomous
- Availability to travel on a regular basis
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or higher)
- 8-10 years’ experience in heavy‑steel fabrication with proven ownership of equipment installation and volume ramp‑up
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
