شركة Nextpower تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس جودة الموردين (Supplier Quality Engineer) في الرياض، السعودية. تهدف الشركة إلى قيادة تحول الطاقة العالمي من خلال حلول الطاقة النظيفة المتكاملة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء تدقيق تأهيل الموردين الجدد وفق العملية المحددة.
  • إنشاء طلب PPAP في نظام Arena بالتنسيق مع فريق إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة (NPI).
  • زيارة الموردين لتدقيق PPAP ومراجعة العملية بأكملها، وإجراء الإجراءات اللازمة والعمل مع المورد لإغلاقها.
  • جمع وتقييم جميع وثائق الجودة من المورد وفق المعايير المرجعية المقبولة وتسليمها للعميل في الوقت المحدد.
  • إجراء تدقيق دوري للعملية في موقع المورد وإغلاق جميع حالات عدم المطابقة بالتعاون مع الموردين.
  • دعم مدير الجودة في مراقبة والإبلاغ عن جودة منتجات الموردين وأدائهم.
  • إصدار شهادة تصريح شحن المواد (MDCC) للمورد بعد التحقق من البيانات، وحفظ سجل جميع وثائق الشحن في النظام.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقرير شهري للإدارة حول مشكلات القطع والمنتجات والوثائق.
  • زيارة المواقع للمشكلات الجودة الحرجة وجمع البيانات لتحليل السبب الجذري واستخلاص الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • إجراء تحليل NCR مع المورد باستخدام منهجية 8D.
  • تدريب فريق المورد على أدوات الجودة.
  • المساهمة بنشاط في التحسين المستمر لمؤشرات أداء القطع والموقع من خلال تحديد مشكلات الجودة وطرق تقليل الهدر.
  • العمل على أفكار جديدة لأتمتة التوثيق والعمليات الداخلية الأخرى.
  • تطبيق منهجيات Six Sigma لدفع التحسينات المستمرة في العملية لتحسين جودة المنتج.
  • المشاركة في فريق الهندسة المستدامة لتقييم المتطلبات الجديدة من خلال جمع البيانات من صوت العميل وأفضل الممارسات في السوق.
  • الاستعداد للسفر إلى الموردين ومواقع المشاريع والعملاء بنسبة 70% من الوقت.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة إجمالية من 6 إلى 8 سنوات في إدارة جودة الموردين.
  • حاصل على شهادة Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • معتمد كمدقق داخلي لأنظمة الجودة مثل QMS أو IATF أو VDA.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان أدوات الجودة مثل 8D و5 لماذا وSPC وPareto وتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA).
  • معرفة معمقة بعملية اعتماد القطع الإنتاجية (PPAP) وعملية تأهيل الموردين.
  • فهم قوي لعمليات التصنيع.
  • معرفة جيدة بتحليل البيانات ومهارات العرض باستخدام أدوات مثل Power BI وMinitab.
  • القدرة على التخطيط وترتيب الأولويات بناءً على الموقف.
  • الرغبة في التعلم وتطبيق التعلم لتحسين العمليات.
  • مهارات شخصية قوية، ومهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
  • إجادة جيدة لبرامج Word وExcel وPowerPoint.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة المحلية (العربية) مفضلة.

Job Description

Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Details

  • Conduct Supplier Qualification Audit for new supplier as per defined process.
  • Generate PPAP request in Arena for specific supplier in coordination with NPI team.
  • Visit the supplier for PPAP Audit, conduct review of entire process, generate actions wherever required and work with supplier to close the actions.
  • Collate and evaluate all the quality document from supplier as per acceptable reference standard and submit to customer on time.
  • Perform periodic process audit at supplier and close all non-conformities by working with suppliers.
  • Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.
  • Issue Material dispatch clearance certificate (MDCC) to supplier after verifying the data and keep record of all the shipment documents in system.
  • Prepare and share report of Parts, product and document issues on monthly basis to management.
  • Visit to site for critical quality issues and gather data for root cause analysis and derive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct NCR analysis with supplier by using 8D method.
  • Training the supplier team on Quality tools.
  • Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the part and site performance indicators by identifying quality issues and ways to reduce waste.
  • Work on new ideas for automation of documentation and other internal process.
  • Applying Six Sigma methodologies, drive continuous improvements in process to improve the Quality of product.
  • Be part of sustainable engineering team to evaluate new requirements by collecting data from VOC, best practices in market etc.
  • Willing to travel to suppliers, project sites and customers for 70% of the time.

Required Skills/Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Total 6-8 years of experience in supplier Quality Management.
  • Six Sigma green belt certified.
  • Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5 why SPC, Pareto, RCA process.
  • Must be certified either as QMS, IATF, VDA internal auditor
  • Indepth working knowledge of production part approval process (PPAP), and supplier qualification process.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing process.
  • Good knowledge on data analytics and presentation skill with tools like Power BI, Minitab etc.
  • Planning and prioritizing activities based on situation.
  • Willing to learn and adapt the learning for process improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command on word, Excel and Power point.
  • Should be well versed in English and knowledge of local language is preferable.
