شركة Nextpower تعلن عن وظيفة Maintenance Engineer (Mechatronics) في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن فريق الصيانة المسؤول عن ضمان تشغيل موثوق وآمن لجميع آلات ومعدات المصنع.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مهندس الصيانة (كهرباء/ميكاترونكس) سيعمل في السعودية ويقدم تقاريره إلى مدير الصيانة. سيكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان التشغيل الموثوق والأداء والسلامة لجميع آلات ومعدات المصنع، بما في ذلك مكابس الضغط، ماكينات CNC والقطع بالليزر، وحدات الحفر، خطوط أنابيب التلحيم والشق، وأنظمة الأتمتة المرتبطة بها. يتضمن الدور قيادة أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية، واستكشاف الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية وإصلاحها، ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر في جميع أنحاء المصنع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية لجميع الآلات والمعدات (عملياً).
- تدريب وتوجيه ودعم الفنيين المبتدئين والمتدربين.
- تشخيص وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والهوائية والهيدروليكية.
- استكشاف الأعطال في PLCs وأنظمة التحكم والمحركات والمحركات الكهربائية ولوحات الأتمتة.
- ضمان أقصى وقت تشغيل للمعدات بأقل معدل أعطال.
- التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة لتقليل وقت التوقف وتحسين كفاءة العمليات.
- ضمان الامتثال لرموز الصيانة ومعايير الشركة وسياسات السلامة في المصنع.
- تطوير وصيانة جداول الصيانة للأنظمة الكهربائية.
- تنفيذ إجراءات القفل/الوسم (Lock-out/Tag-out) وتقييم المخاطر أثناء الصيانة.
- مراقبة المعايير الحرجة مثل الاهتزاز ودرجة الحرارة والتزييت واستهلاك الطاقة.
- دعم تركيب وتشغيل المعدات الجديدة.
- إنشاء وتنفيذ أنظمة جديدة وتعديلات طفيفة على الآلات.
- التنسيق والإشراف على المقاولين الخارجيين لأعمال الصيانة العامة للمبنى.
- إدارة قطع الغيار والتواصل الفني مع الشركات المصنعة والموردين.
- الإشراف على فنيي الصيانة والمقاولين أثناء أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح.
- توزيع مهام الصيانة اليومية ومتابعة التقدم وضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل وتعزيز ثقافة الصيانة الاستباقية.
- التنسيق مع أقسام الإنتاج وضمان الجودة للتخطيط للإغلاقات وأنشطة الصيانة.
- تعزيز العمل الجماعي والتعلم المستمر والمساءلة داخل فريق الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في الصيانة الصناعية أو صيانة المصانع.
- خبرة مثبتة في صيانة/استكشاف أعطال مكابس الضغط، ماكينات CNC، القطع بالليزر، الحفر، خطوط التلحيم والشق.
- معرفة قوية بالأتمتة الصناعية وPLCs والمحركات والمحركات الكهربائية وأجهزة الاستشعار وأنظمة التحكم.
- كفاءة في استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية.
- الإلمام بمنهجيات وأدوات الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية.
- الإلمام بمعايير السلامة (OSHA, ISO) وممارسات إدارة الطاقة.
- المشاركة في مبادرات الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة (TPM) و5S.
- اقتراح ترقيات أو أتمتة أو تعديلات لتحسين الموثوقية وكفاءة الطاقة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة وتقارير وتاريخ المعدات.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة جداً.
- إتقان استخدام MS Office وأنظمة CMMS وأدوات إعداد تقارير الصيانة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تحليل الأعطال المتكررة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية من خلال تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA).

The Maintenance Engineer - Electrical/Mechatronics will be based in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Engineer (Electrical/Mechatronics) will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, performance, and safety of all factory machines and equipment. This includes press machines, CNC and laser cutting machines, drilling units, tube mill and slitting lines, and related automation systems. - Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all machines and equipment (hands-on

- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshoot faults in PLCs, control systems, drives, motors, and automation panels.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime with minimum breakdown frequency.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Maintenance codes, company standards and policies, and factory safety guidelines.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
- Implement lock-out/tag-out, Risk assessments. and other safety procedures during maintenance.
- Monitor critical parameters such as vibration, temperature, lubrication, and energy consumption.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ability to create and implement new systems and miner modifying machinery.
- Coordinate and supervise 3rd party contractors for building general maintenance activities.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial or factory maintenance.
- Proven experience in maintaining/troubleshooting press machines, CNC, laser, drilling, tube mill, and slitting lines.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and control systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and energy management practices
- Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and 5S initiatives.
- Propose upgrades, automation, or modifications to improve reliability and energy efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and equipment history.
