شركة Vanderlande تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Shift Leader في منطقة مكة جدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير الفريق وتدريب مشرفي الورديات الآخرين.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء.
- قيادة التدخلات الفنية الحرجة وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية بأسلوب احترافي.
- تحديد العقبات المتعلقة بالقسم واقتراح الحلول.
- تحديد المخاطر وإجراء التقييم اللازم.
- تحسين مسارات الصيانة لتتوافق مع المتطلبات التشغيلية.
- الإشراف على موظفي الوردية من خلال متابعة عملهم وتقييم أدائهم وتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات التصحيحية، ويكون نقطة الاتصال للأسئلة والشكاوى والمخاوف، والقدوة الحسنة.
- إدارة وتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة المجدولة، وقيادة وتوجيه فريق الصيانة.
- ضمان امتثال الموظفين لقواعد الشركة ومعاييرها وقيمها الأساسية (العمل كنموذج يحتذى به).
- تطوير الموظفين لتمكينهم من تلبية متطلبات مناصبهم الحالية والمستقبلية.
- تقييم أداء وسلوك الموظفين.
- تحديد الأولويات وتوزيع العمل ومراقبة التقدم وجودة العمل.
- ضمان إنجاز جميع المهام المسندة في القسم في الوقت المحدد وبالكامل وفق الجدول الزمني والأولويات الصادرة عن مدير الصيانة وفريق التخطيط.
- ضمان مستويات كافية من الإمدادات (قطع الغيار والأدوات واللوازم المكتبية)، والإبلاغ عن الاستهلاك لمدير الصيانة بشكل يومي/أسبوعي.
- بدء خطة تحسين العمليات لتقديم خدمات متميزة وتحسين أداء النظام.
- العمل بشكل مستقل في العديد من المهام الفنية.
- تحديد وحل المشكلات التي تعطل العمل اليومي.
- تدريب وتوجيه الموظفين الجدد وذوي الخبرة الأقل.
- المساعدة وإدارة المناطق الأخرى حسب الحاجة أو الطلب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمشرف صيانة أو مهندس صيانة في أنظمة BHS أو MHS مع Siemens Simatic S7.
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في هندسة الميكاترونكس أو التحكم والأجهزة أو الميكانيكا أو التصنيع.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة CMMS و MS Office.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية.
- القدرة على كتابة التقارير الفنية.
- خبرة في IBM DOS-Maximo.
- مهارات إدارة الفريق وإدارة الوقت.
- المؤهلات المفضلة: OSHA للصناعات العامة، إدارة العمليات، الإدارة الاستراتيجية، حزام أصفر/أخضر Lean Six Sigma.

- Lead the team development and coach other shift leaders.
- Participate in customer meetings.
- Lead the critical technical interventions and define root causes in a professional approach.
- Identify obstacles that relate to the department and propose solutions.
- Define risks and perform the required assessment.
- Improve the maintenance routes to be aligned with the operational requirements.
- Supervises the shift employees by overseeing their work, assessing their performance, enforcing policies and corrective measures, being the point of contact for questions, complaints, and concerns, and leading by example.
- Manages and executes the planned maintenance activities, leads, and sets the direction of the maintenance team.
- Ensures that employees comply with the company rules, standards, and key values at VI (acts as a role model)
- Develops employees so that they can cope with the demands of their current and possible future positions Vanderlande Industries
- Assesses employees’ performance and behavior.
- Sets priorities, distributes work and monitors progress and work quality.
- Ensures timely and complete all the assigned tasks in the department based on the schedule and priorities issued by the maintenance manager/ and the planning team.
- Ensure proper levels of supplies (spare parts, tools, and office supplies), and report the consumption to the maintenance manager on a daily/weekly basis.

- 5+ years of prior experience as maintenance supervisor/ maintenance engineer in BHS or MHS with Siemens Simatic S7.
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/ Control & Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing engineering.
