تتولى شركة Vanderlande مسؤولية تشغيل وخدمة وصيانة أنظمة مناولة الأمتعة (BHS) في عدة مطارات، وتبحث حالياً عن قائد وردية عمليات وصيانة للانضمام إلى فريقها في مكة جدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع لوائح السلامة وتعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمنة في جميع الأوقات.
- فحص واستكشاف الأعطال وتشخيص المشكلات المعقدة في الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التحكم.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية لجميع معدات النظام ومكوناته.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية المقررة وفقاً لخطط الصيانة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لأعطال النظام والإنذارات والتحذيرات التشغيلية.
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين بشأن أنشطة الصيانة وحالة النظام والنتائج الفنية.
- تفسير الرسومات الهندسية والوثائق الفنية المتعلقة بتخطيط النظام وتشغيله ووظائفه.
- مراقبة وإدارة أنشطة الصيانة عبر نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS) ويفضل DOS Maximo، بما في ذلك إنشاء أوامر العمل وتنفيذها وإغلاقها.
- الاستجابة للطلبات والإشعارات الواردة من غرفة التحكم وفرق التشغيل والإدارة بشأن أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- تنفيذ مهام الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية الشهرية، بما في ذلك الفحوصات والتعديلات والتنظيف واستبدال المكونات حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة وفقاً للالتزامات التعاقدية وتوقعات العملاء.

- تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات تحسين العمليات لتعزيز أداء الصيانة والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- العمل بشكل مستقل على المهام الفنية المعقدة واتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة ضمن نطاق المسؤولية.
- تحديد المشكلات المتكررة التي تتطلب تحقيقًا إضافيًا أو إجراءات تصحيحية.
- حل المشكلات التشغيلية والفنية التي تؤثر على أداء النظام اليومي.
- تدريب وتوجيه و mentoring أعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الكهروميكانيكية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة تقنية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في بيئة صناعية.
- خبرة عملية في الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التحكم (PLC والأنظمة القائمة على الحاسب).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في قيادة أو إشراف الفرق التقنية.
- يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في أنظمة مناولة المواد (MHS) و/أو أنظمة مناولة الأمتعة (BHS).
- يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في استخدام أنظمة إدارة الصيانة المحوسبة (CMMS) ويفضل DOS Maximo.
- يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع أنظمة PLC وSCADA بما في ذلك استكشاف الأعطال وأنشطة الصيانة.
- يجب أن يكون المرشح مؤهلاً للحصول على بطاقة تعريف المطار والحفاظ عليها.

Job Summary

The O&M Shift Leader will serve as the primary responder to operational and technical incidents, leading a maintenance team in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The role is responsible for ensuring system availability, reliability, and compliance with contractual service requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote safe working practices at all times.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of all system equipment and components.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance plans.
- Respond promptly to system faults, alarms, and operational warnings.
- Communicate maintenance activities, system status, and technical findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation related to system layout, operation, and functionality.
- Monitor and manage maintenance activities through the CMMS, preferably DOS Maximo, including the creation, execution, and closure of work orders.
- Respond to requests and notifications from the Control Room, Operations Teams, and management regarding preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Execute monthly corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, including inspections, adjustments, cleaning, and component replacements as required.
- Ensure maintenance activities are performed in accordance with contractual obligations and customer expectations.
- Coordinate and manage system-related issues with the maintenance team, management, and customer representatives.
- Develop and maintain work schedules to ensure successful delivery of all contractual requirements.
- Support the O&M Manager in daily operations and assume managerial responsibilities during their absence.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables while coordinating with suppliers and vendors as required.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance performance and operational efficiency.
- Work independently on complex technical assignments and make informed decisions within the scope of responsibility.
- Identify recurring issues requiring additional investigation or corrective actions.
- Resolve operational and technical problems that impact daily system performance.
- Coach, mentor, and train junior or less experienced team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in an industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems (PLC and PC-based systems).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Material Handling Systems (MHS) and/or Baggage Handling Systems (BHS).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably DOS Maximo.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with PLC and SCADA systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
