نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم شاغل هذه الوظيفة بأعمال التشخيص والخدمة والصيانة الدورية والإصلاح تحت الإشراف المباشر، مما يسهم في تحقيق رضا العملاء من خلال ضمان صيانة المركبات بكفاءة وأمان وفقاً لمعايير CEER.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تشخيص الأعطال في المركبات لتحديد وحل المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية المعقدة، بما في ذلك مكونات الجهد العالي والمنخفض باستخدام أدوات وبرامج تشخيص معتمدة.
- تنفيذ الإصلاحات الميكانيكية مثل صيانة أنظمة الفرامل وضبط أنظمة التعليق وخدمة الإطارات وإصلاح مجموعة الدفع لضمان أداء مثالي للمركبة.
- أداء مهام الصيانة الدورية كخدمة الفرامل والإطارات والتعليق، بالإضافة إلى الإصلاحات المشمولة بالضمان.
- استخدام أدوات التشخيص والبرامج المتخصصة لتحديد وحل المشكلات التقنية بكفاءة.
- التعاون مع مستشاري الخدمة لشرح نتائج التشخيص والتوصية بالإصلاحات وتقديم تقديرات زمنية دقيقة.
- إنجاز مهام الخدمة والإصلاح بدقة وتوثيق العمل المنجز وقطع الغيار المستخدمة ووقت العمل.
- إجراء فحوصات مراقبة الجودة على الإصلاحات المكتملة للتحقق من دقتها ووظائفها.
- الحفاظ على سلوك مهني يركز على العملاء، والتعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وتقديم خدمة ممتازة.
- التنسيق مع قسم قطع الغيار لضمان طلب وتتبع وتوفير جميع المكونات المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب.
- مواكبة أحدث المعلومات الفنية والنشرات الخدمية وإرشادات الشركة المصنعة لضمان خدمة وإصلاح دقيقين وفعالين.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- السعوديون: دبلوم تقني.
- غير السعوديين: دبلوم تقني في تكنولوجيا خدمة السيارات أو تكنولوجيا كهرباء السيارات من كلية أو مدرسة فنية معترف بها.
- السعوديون: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة بتشخيص وصيانة وإصلاح السيارات أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- غير السعوديين: خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات عملية في تشخيص وصيانة وإصلاح السيارات.

Job Role
- Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify, analyze, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues repairs on various vehicle systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage components using industry standard diagnostic tools and software.
- Execute mechanical repairs, including brake system maintenance, suspension adjustments, tire services, and drivetrain repairs, to support optimal vehicle performance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks carry out regular maintenance such as brake, tire and suspension servicing, as well as warranty-related repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools & software operate specialized diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with service advisors to explain diagnostic results, recommend repairs, and provide accurate time estimates.
- Efficiently and accurately complete servicing and repair tasks, including documenting work performed, parts used and Labor time.
- Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs to verify the accuracy and functionality of work performed.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude, addressing customer concerns and providing excellent service.
- Collaborating closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely ordering, tracking, and availability of all required components.
- Stay updated with the latest technical information, service bulletins, and equipment manufacturer guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient servicing and repairs.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
- Ensure safety & compliance follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, and comply with company, environmental and health regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
- Saudi: Technical Diploma
- Expat: Technical Diploma in Automotive Service Technology or Auto Electrical Technology from a recognized college or technical school
- Saudi: 2 Years Minimum in a relevant field in automotive diagnostics, servicing and repairs or any relevant field.
- Expat: 8 Years Minimum of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, servicing and repairs is required.
