- إدارة شاملة لكافة أنواع الحالات في المملكة، وضمان الرد الأولي خلال 24 ساعة عمل، وتحقيق نسبة PRR لا تقل عن 90%، والالتزام باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA) في أوقات معالجة الحالات وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs).
- مراقبة الجودة لضمان دقة التقديمات وتجنب الأخطاء التي قد تؤدي إلى غرامات أو عقوبات.
- التواصل الواضح مع العملاء خلال يوم عمل واحد بخصوص الإجراءات والمستندات والجداول الزمنية والحالة.

- التواصل مع السلطات السعودية (الجهات الحكومية) لمواكبة التطورات التنظيمية بشأن السعودة وسياسات التأشيرة ومتطلبات الأهلية.
