POSITION: Senior Contracting Representative

Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals

Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only

Mandatory Requirements

• Saudi Nationality.
• Minimum 9 years of contracting experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or Law.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• SAP/ERP knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractual procurement of services, RFQs, and Service Purchase Orders (POs).
• Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations and support contractor selection.
• Prepare and review contractor cost estimates and release orders.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and support efficient contracting practices.
• Protect company interests throughout the contracting and procurement process.
