E-Learning Instructional Designer

تقدم شركة Jobgether، بالنيابة عن شركة شريكة لها، فرصة عمل عن بُعد لمدة ستة أشهر لمصمم تعليمي إلكتروني (E-Learning Instructional Designer) في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل مع منظمة أسترالية لتطوير محتوى تعليمي رقمي تفاعلي وجذاب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير مواد تعليمية تفاعلية رقمية ومتعددة الوسائط باستخدام أدوات Articulate.
- التعاون مع خبراء الموضوع لتحويل المعلومات المعقدة إلى تجارب تعليمية إلكترونية واضحة وجذابة.
- إنشاء القصص المصورة (storyboards)، والنصوص التعليمية، ونصوص الصوت والفيديو لدعم أهداف التعلم.
- تطوير وتنظيم وإدارة محتوى التعلم لأنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS) والبيئات المتوافقة مع SCORM.
- إجراء اختبارات قابلية الاستخدام وضمان الجودة لضمان موثوقية الموارد التعليمية وتجربة تعلم إيجابية.
- ضمان امتثال المواد التعليمية للمعايير المعمول بها، والإرشادات البصرية، ومتطلبات حقوق النشر والملكية الفكرية.
- تطوير موارد داعمة وتدريب لتسهيل تقديم التعلم الإلكتروني بفعالية.
- دعم تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ وتسليم مشاريع التعلم الإلكتروني.
- العمل عن كثب مع المصممين التعليميين وخبراء الموضوع وأصحاب المصلحة لتسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
- مراجعة البرامج التعليمية الحالية والتوصية بتحسينات في الأساليب والمحتوى والعمليات والتقديم.
- البقاء على اطلاع بممارسات التصميم التعليمي واتجاهات تكنولوجيا التعلم لتحديد فرص تحسين مخرجات التعلم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سنتين على الأقل من الخبرة ذات الصلة في التصميم التعليمي أو التعليم أو التدريب، و/أو مؤهل جامعي في تكنولوجيا التعلم الإلكتروني أو التصميم التعليمي.
- خبرة عملية في تطوير محتوى تعليمي تفاعلي متعدد الوسائط باستخدام Articulate.
- خبرة عملية في العمل مع نظام إدارة التعلم (LMS) وفهم قوي لمعيار SCORM.
- مهارات قوية في التصميم البصري، وبناء القصص المصورة، وتطوير المحتوى التعليمي.
- خبرة في كتابة النصوص التعليمية ونصوص الصوت والفيديو.
- معرفة أساسية بـ HTML و CSS لإجراء تعديلات بسيطة على الأكواد.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون وشخصية قوية مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع خبراء الموضوع وأصحاب المصلحة المتنوعين.
- مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة والقدرة على إدارة الأولويات المتنافسة في بيئة عمل سريعة.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل، وضمان الجودة، وقابلية الاستخدام، والمواعيد النهائية، ومخرجات التعلم.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in Saudi Arabia.
This is an opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented instructional designer to transform complex information into engaging, effective digital learning experiences. In this fully remote, six-month contract role, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop interactive learning content for an Australian organization. You’ll combine instructional design, multimedia development, and learning technology to create resources that are accessible, visually appealing, and aligned with learning objectives. From storyboarding and content development to LMS implementation and quality assurance, you’ll contribute throughout the learning development lifecycle. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve existing programs, explore emerging learning technologies, and recommend innovative approaches. Accountabilities
- Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate authoring tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and effective online learning experiences.
- Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio and video scripts to support learning objectives.
- Develop, organize, and manage learning content for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant environments.
- Conduct usability testing and quality assurance to ensure learning resources function reliably and deliver a positive learner experience.
- Ensure learning materials comply with applicable standards, visual guidelines, copyright requirements, and intellectual property regulations.
- Develop supporting resources and training to facilitate effective e-learning delivery.
- Support the design, development, implementation, and handover of e-learning projects.
- Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Review existing learning programs and recommend improvements to instructional methods, content, processes, and delivery.
- Stay informed about instructional design practices and learning technology trends, identifying opportunities to improve learning outcomes.
- At least two years of relevant experience in instructional design, education, or training, and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in e-learning technology or instructional design.
- Hands-on experience developing interactive multimedia learning content using Articulate.
- Practical experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) and a strong understanding of SCORM.
- Strong visual design, storyboarding, and instructional content development skills.
- Experience writing instructional copy and audio and video scripts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for making minor code amendments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, usability, deadlines, and learning outcomes.
- Preferred: Experience with Moodle and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or other relevant creative software.
- Experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is not required.
