تعلن هيلتون عن توفر وظيفة مدير أول للامتثال في المملكة العربية السعودية، مقره الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مراجعات رقابية ضمن منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، مع التركيز على المملكة العربية السعودية.
- التعاون مع مختلف الإدارات، بما في ذلك العمليات المالية والتدقيق الداخلي والامتثال في آسيا والمحيط الهادئ والأمريكيتين ومراكز الخدمات المشتركة والبحث والسياسات والمالية المؤسسية والامتثال القانوني وغيرها من الجهات المعنية لضمان نهج موحد تجاه قضايا الامتثال.
- تعزيز ثقافة النزاهة والشفافية والامتثال في جميع أنحاء المؤسسة.
- قيادة برامج التغيير الثقافي طويلة الأجل.
- قيادة برامج التوعية بالامتثال والعمل كخبير متخصص في الموضوع.
- صياغة رسائل الامتثال وخطط التواصل.
- تحليل نتائج تقييم المخاطر الذاتي (CSA) وتقييم المخاطر الخاص بالمملكة (SPACE) لتحديد المشكلات الشائعة وأفضل الممارسات، وتنفيذ الحلول المناسبة مثل التدريب والنصائح بشأن الضوابط المخففة ومراجعات السياسات.
- امتلاك مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للامتثال عبر المملكة العربية السعودية ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
- المساهمة في تقييم وتبسيط العمليات التجارية، بما في ذلك دعم التطورات التكنولوجية لتعظيم الكفاءة وتقليل المخاطر.
- بناء ملفات المخاطر للفنادق أو المناطق داخل المملكة/الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا وبناء إطار عمل لحماية الأعمال.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع التدقيق الداخلي، بما في ذلك تسهيل متابعة نقاط المعالجة بعد عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والحفاظ على الامتثال لقانون ساربانيس أوكسلي.
- التعاون مع فريق ما قبل الافتتاح لتضمين العمليات المتوافقة أثناء أنشطة الافتتاح/التحويل وفي العمليات المبكرة.
- ضمان أن الامتثال جزء من دورة حياة الفندق.
- فهم وتفسير اتفاقيات الإيجار والإدارة وتقديم دعم الامتثال المتعلق بهذه الاتفاقيات.
- المساعدة في تحقيقات الاحتيال حسب الحاجة.
- توزيع مقاييس الامتثال الشهرية والتقدم المحرز على الجهات المعنية ذات الصلة.
- تقديم أي دعم مخصص عبر فنادق منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة.
- محاسب مؤهل أو في طور الحصول على المؤهل.
- خبرة في عمليات الفنادق مع فهم جيد للعمليات المالية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- المرونة في السفر داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، أحياناً بوقت قصير.
- القدرة على زيارة جميع ممتلكات هيلتون في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- الالتزام بأعلى معايير النزاهة والسلوك الأخلاقي والسرية التامة للمعلومات الحساسة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحمل مسؤولية العمل الخاص.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.
- خبرة في بناء علاقات تعاونية مع جهات معنية متعددة.
- القدرة على تقييم وتبسيط العمليات التجارية لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة والفعالية.
- الثقة في تحدي الزملاء بشكل بناء فيما يتعلق بالامتثال لسياسات هيلتون واللوائح المحاسبية.
- أسلوب عمل قابل للتكيف والمرونة.
- يفضل امتلاك معرفة تفصيلية بعمليات الفنادق والأنظمة المستخدمة من قبل المالية في هيلتون.
- يفضل امتلاك معرفة جيدة بمعايير المحاسبة الأمريكية (US GAAP) والمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS) وقانون ساربانيس أوكسلي.

Job Description
The successful candidate in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Conduct control reviews within MEA region, focused on KSA.
- Collaborate with various departments including Operations Finance, Internal Audit, APAC & Americas Compliance, Shared Service Centers, Research & Policy, Corporate Finance, Legal Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to compliance issues.
- Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and compliance throughout the organization.
- Lead long-term culture change programs
- Lead compliance education programs and serve as a subject matter expert
- Shape compliance messaging and communication plans
- Analyze the results of KSA’s CSA and SPACE to identify common issues and best practices, and implement relevant solutions such as training, advice on mitigating controls, and policy reviews.
- Own compliance KPIs across KSA and MEA
- Contribute to the evaluation and streamlining of business processes, including support for technology developments to maximize efficiency and reduce risk.
- Build risk profiles of hotels or areas within KSA/MEA and build a framework to safeguard the business
- Work closely with Internal Audit, including facilitating follow up on remediation points post internal audits and maintaining SOX compliance.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Opening team to embed compliant processes during opening/conversion activities, and in early operations.
- Ensure compliance is part of the hotel life cycle
- Understand and interpret Lease and Management agreements and provide compliance support related to these agreements.
- Assist in fraud investigations as needed.
- Distribute monthly compliance measures and progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Any ad hoc support across MEA hotels.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS/bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of.
- Qualified accountant or working towards qualification
- Experience in hotel operations, with a good understanding of finance processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed knowledge of hotel operations, and systems used by Hilton finance.
- Good knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS & Sarbanes Oxley.
- Audit experience.
