تعلن شركة Air Products من خلال مشروع BHIG المشترك بين أرامكو السعودية وAir Products Qudra عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تدريب HYCO في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية. سيعمل المرشح على تطوير وإدارة برامج تدريب شاملة لتعزيز القوى العاملة الماهرة وضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال لمصنع إنتاج الهيدروجين.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

أخصائي تدريب HYCO، التابع لمسؤول التدريب، مسؤول عن إدارة البرنامج التدريبي التقني وتنفيذ التدريب لموظفي التشغيل والصيانة في منشأة HYCO بالجبيل، والتي تشمل وحدات إعادة تشكيل البخار والميثان (SMR) وإزالة ثاني أكسيد الكربون ووحدة الميثانول (MBU) وامتصاص الضغط المتأرجح (PSA) ووحدات التوربينات البخارية والتوليد (STG) وعمليات خطوط الأنابيب. يتعاون الأخصائي مع فرق الهندسة والموارد البشرية والمشتريات والسلامة لتطوير وإدارة برنامج تدريبي طويل الأجل لفرق التشغيل والصيانة، مع التركيز على التميز التشغيلي لتحقيق تشغيل آمن وموثوق. يُعد هذا المنصب جزءًا من طاقم التشغيل ويدعم العمليات اليومية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • السلامة: توفير بيئة عمل آمنة وإظهار القيادة في تطبيق عمليات العمل الآمنة لمنع الإصابات، وضمان التوثيق السليم لأنشطة السلامة.
  • الفنية: تقديم التوجيه بناءً على الملاحظات الفنية من الهندسة والصيانة حول التدريب المطلوب لاستكشاف الأخطاء والصيانة والإصلاح والاختبار.
  • تقديم الدعم التدريبي لفرق التشغيل والصيانة أثناء مراحل التشغيل التجريبي والبدء، والحفاظ على التحكم في الوثائق ومراقبة المبادرات التدريبية.
  • تطوير منهج تدريبي مع اختبارات دورية لفرق التشغيل والصيانة لتتبع التقدم وتحديد الفجوات وضمان جاهزية الموظفين لتشغيل المنشأة في الوقت المناسب.
  • إعداد مواد تدريبية متقدمة للمشغلين المتمرسين تركز على السلامة وكفاءة العمليات.
  • التشغيل: ضمان سلامة جميع موظفي التشغيل من خلال برنامج ممارسات السلامة الأساسية BHIG الذي يشمل تصاريح العمل الآمنة وLOTO والأماكن المغلقة، بالتعاون مع فريق HSSE.
  • إنشاء وتقديم برنامج تدريبي لفرق التشغيل والصيانة HYCO مع دعم أنشطة التشغيل التجريبي.
  • ضمان تطبيق معايير Air Products وBHIG وأفضل الممارسات العالمية في البيئة والصحة والسلامة والإنتاجية والموثوقية والجودة وخدمة العملاء ضمن البرنامج التدريبي.
  • تقديم التوجيه لفرق التشغيل والصيانة عبر التدريب أثناء العمل لضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال والمتوافق مع المتطلبات التعاقدية وضمانات التشغيل المستمر.
  • الحفاظ على علاقات عمل وثيقة مع فرق الهندسة والصيانة للمراقبة المستمرة وتقييم الحزم التدريبية وتحسينها عند الحاجة.
  • توفير الدعم التشغيلي والمشاركة في التحقيقات وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية لتحديد وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية مستدامة.
  • امتلاك إجراءات التشغيل والتدريب على الإجراءات الجديدة عند تطويرها عبر عملية إدارة التغيير.
  • تأهيل المشغلين الجدد وموظفي الصيانة وإرشادهم خلال البرنامج التدريبي ومراقبة الأداء وسد الفجوات.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل مع المدارس الفنية المحلية، والمساعدة في تطوير برامج للطلاب المدعومين من BHIG في تقنية HYCO.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في عمليات المعالجة الكيميائية أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو شهادة من مدرسة تقنية لمدة سنتين.
  • شهادة تدريب معتمدة (مطلوبة).
  • خبرة في تشغيل مصانع المعالجة مع معرفة مثبتة في HYCO، لا تقل عن 15 سنة في تشغيل HYCO، وخبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في دور قيادي أو إشرافي (يفضل).
  • سجل نجاح في تدريب فرق التشغيل والصيانة على التشغيل الآمن والموثوق لمنشآت HYCO.
  • معرفة بتنسيق أعمال التشغيل والصيانة والتواصل بمتطلبات تشغيل المصنع الآمن والموثوق عبر التدريب الصفي والعملي.
  • القدرة على التواصل والتدريب على جميع المستويات بشكل يومي.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
  • المعرفة والفهم بالمتطلبات المحلية للبيئة والصحة والسلامة.

Purpose

Develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs that fostering a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of the Hydrogen production plant.

Nature & Scope

The HYCO Training Specialist, reporting to the Training Lead, is accountable for managing the technical training program and executing the training for the Operations & Maintenance staff for the Jubail HYCO Facility, that include steam methane reformer SMR, CO2 removal, MBU, PSA, STG units, and pipeline operations. The Training Specialist will in cooperation with the Engineering, HR, Procurement, and HSSE. develop and manage a long-term training program for the Operations & Maintenance teams, focusing on operational excellence resulting in the safe and reliable operation of the site. The HYCO Training Specialist is part of the operating staff and will support operations as a day-to-day function.

Principal Accountabilities

SAFETY

Provide & maintain a safe work environment. Demonstrate leadership with all company & industry safe work processes to prevent all injuries. Ensure proper implementation and documentation is maintained for safety related activities.

TECHNICAL

  • Provide direction & guidance based on technical feedback from Engineering and Maintenance on training required for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and test activities.
  • Provide training support & guidance for the Operations & Maintenance teams during the commissioning & startup of the facility. Maintain accurate document control and monitor training initiatives, documenting training activities for each of the Operations staff.
  • Develop training curriculum with periodic testing for the Operations & Maintenance staff to track progression, identify gaps, to ensure personnel are prepared to operate the facility in a timely manner.
  • Develop advanced training material for the senior operators focusing on safety and efficiency of the process.

OPERATIONS

  • Ensure the safety of all operations personnel by utilizing the BHIG Basic Safety Practice program, which includes Safety Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space, etc. The position trains Operations & Maintenance personnel with assistance from the HSSE team in the planning, organizing, auditing, and follow-up, to build the Air Products safety culture into the BHIG.
  • Establish & deliver a training program for the HYCO Operations & Maintenance teams while supporting the commissioning activities.
  • Ensure Air Products and BHIG standards, and global best practices for EH&S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services are delivered as part of the training program.
  • Provide guidance to the HYCO operating & maintenance teams through on the job training to ensure the HYCO is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.
  • Support & maintain close working relationships with engineering and maintenance personnel to continuously monitor & evaluate training packages, enhancing when required.
  • Provide operations support and participate in investigations and Root Cause Analysis in order to identify & implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Own the operations procedures and train on new procedures as they are developed through the Management of Change Process.
  • Onboard new Operators and Maintenance personnel and lead them through the training program, monitoring performance and closing the gaps.
  • Act as a Liaison with local technical schools, assisting in developing programs for students sponsored by BHIG in the HYCO technology.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical Process Operations, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a 2-year technical school certificate.
  • Certified Training Certificate Required.
  • Experience in process plant operation, demonstrated HYCO knowledge, at least 15+ years HYCO operations experience, with > 5 years in a lead or supervisory role is a plus.
  • Track record of success on training Operations & Maintenance in the safe and reliable operation of HYCO facilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and proven interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to employee involvement, team building and diversity.
  • Knowledgeable in the coordination of operations and maintenance personnel, communicating the requirements of safe and reliable plant operations via classroom and hands on training.
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively throughout all levels within the organization and externally.
  • Promotes a ‘one team’ environment.
  • Ability to communicate and train at all levels on a daily basis.
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
