Role Description We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and mobile ELV Site Engineer for immediate hiring. Based in Riyadh with deployments across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this role requires a technical professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience supervising and executing Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional coordination, site management, and problem-solving skills. You will oversee installations from inception to commissioning across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd fix stages, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Experience working on mega projects in the region is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Management: Manage all daily on-site ELV installation activities, ensuring absolute mastery over 1st fix (containment, conduit, trunking, tray installation), 2nd fix (cable pulling, termination, device dressing), and 3rd fix (testing, commissioning, and final hand-over).
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead daily coordination with civil, structural, and MEP teams, main contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to align ELV installations with building designs and resolve technical clashes.
• System Execution: Oversee the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of diverse ELV systems, including IP CCTV & Video Management, Access Control Systems (ACS), Structured Cabling Systems (SCS) / Data Networks, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PAVA), and related low-voltage infrastructure.
• Data Center Infrastructure: Manage and coordinate data center fit-outs, including containment layouts, cabinet deployments, patch panel terminations, and environmental monitoring systems.
• Project Progress & Reporting: Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets. Address technical issues on-site promptly, prepare clear technical documentation/reports, and participate actively in inspections and handover activities.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict Quality Control (QC) standards, low-voltage codes/regulations, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all active work zones.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Cyber Security, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct, hands-on site experience with ELV systems in construction or infrastructure projects. Prior exposure to mega projects (e.g., PIF projects, infrastructure, airports) is highly preferred.
• Civil & Structural Familiarity: Background or strong familiarity with civil and structural engineering concepts, with proven experience integrating ELV systems smoothly within civil works and building infrastructure.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, schematic diagrams, specifications, and low-voltage codes.
• Mobility & KSA Requirements: Valid Saudi Driving License with full willingness to travel/relocate temporarily to project sites across KSA. Must possess a transferable Iqama and ideally be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Software & Tools: Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (or similar design software) for reviewing/modifying drawings. Project management tools familiarity is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for active collaboration with project stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
