تتاح فرصة مميزة في شركة AtkinsRéalis للانضمام إلى فريق الاستدامة والبيئة كمدير استدامة، وذلك في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل تحت إشراف قيادتنا في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وستتعاون مع الفريق الحالي لتطوير الخدمات الإقليمية، والمساهمة في تصميم أبرز المشاريع في المنطقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تقديم مشاريع الاستدامة وإزالة الكربون والحياد الصفري والطاقة وانبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة وشهادات المباني الخضراء في قطاع البيئة المبنية.
- إدارة مهام المشروع وتنسيق فرق العمل متعددة التخصصات.
- تخطيط ومراقبة مخرجات المشروع وجداوله الزمنية ومتطلبات الموارد.
- الإشراف المباشر على الموظفين وتوجيههم ودعم المستشارين وأعضاء الفريق من الخريجين.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
- دعم عمليات ضمان الجودة والحوكمة في المشاريع.
- إعداد المنهجيات التقنية ونطاق العمل وتقديرات الرسوم.
- بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- المشاركة في عروض تقديمية للعملاء وورش العمل ومناقشات الاستراتيجية.
- تحديد فرص الخدمات الإضافية وتوسيع نطاق المشاريع.
- المساهمة في تطوير خدمات وأدوات ومنهجيات استدامة جديدة.
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق والتطورات التنظيمية والصناعية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في الهندسة أو الطاقة المستدامة أو العلوم البيئية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو هندسة خدمات المباني أو التنمية المستدامة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- 8 سنوات كحد أدنى من الخبرة في مجال الاستشارات المتعلقة بالاستدامة.
- خبرة قوية في مجال أو أكثر من مجالات الاستدامة: المباني المستدامة، المجتمعات المستدامة، إزالة الكربون، المرونة المناخية، التشغيل، أو المباني القائمة.
- خبرة في قيادة تقييمات الاستدامة ودراسات الطاقة وتقييمات الكربون والتحليلات الفنية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقديم مشاريع متوسطة إلى كبيرة عبر مراحل متعددة.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة شهادات المباني الخضراء مثل LEED و WELL و Mostadam و Estidama و BREEAM أو ما يعادلها.
- فهم اللوائح والسياسات والمعايير الصناعية وأطر الحياد الصفري في مجال الاستدامة.
- القدرة على مراجعة وضمان جودة المخرجات الفنية المعدة من قبل أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين.
- اعتماد مهني مثل LEED AP أو WELL AP أو Mostadam AP أو Estidama PQP أو ما يعادله (يفضل).
- مهارات تحليلية واتصالات ممتازة.

Overview
An exciting opportunity in AtkinsRéalis is available for a passionate and motivated Sustainability Consultant to join our Sustainability and Environment team. Working under the guidance of our leads in Middle East, you will be collaborating with our existing team based in the Middle East (ME) Region to develop the regional offering, building on your specialized technical knowledge whilst working on the design of some of the most exciting projects in the region. The position is ideal for the suitable individual to work with a driven sustainability team through pro-active engagement with AtkinRealis's global offices and clients as well as developing new relationships in the region.
The Sustainability Manager will lead the delivery of sustainability, decarbonization, net zero, energy, GHG, and green building certification projects across the built environment sector. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management capability, and the ability to independently manage workstreams and client interfaces.
The individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical outputs, managing project tasks and teams, and supporting business development activities. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and contributing to the continuous development of sustainability services and methodologies.

Your role
Technical Competency
- Degree in Engineering, Sustainable Energy, Environmental Sciences, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Sustainable Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant sustainability consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in one or more sustainability disciplines including sustainable buildings, sustainable communities, decarbonization, climate resilience, commissioning, or existing buildings.
- Experience leading sustainability assessments, energy studies, carbon assessments, and technical analyses.
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects across multiple project stages.
- Strong knowledge of green building certification systems including LEED, WELL, Mostadam, Estidama, BREEAM, or equivalent.
- Understanding of sustainability regulations, policies, industry standards, and net zero frameworks.
- Ability to review and quality assure technical deliverables prepared by junior team members.
- Professional accreditation such as LEED AP, WELL AP, Mostadam AP, Estidama PQP, or equivalent preferred.
- Support pursuit opportunities, proposals, and technical submissions.
- Prepare technical methodologies, scope definitions, and fee estimates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Participate in client presentations, workshops, and strategy discussions.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and project extensions.
- Contribute to the development of new sustainability services, tools, and methodologies.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
- Manage project workstreams and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Line manage, mentor and support consultants and graduate team members.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Support project quality assurance and governance processes.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
