About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Assistant to support our marketing operations in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will work closely with the local marketing team on retailer training, content localization, social media support, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Arabic and English, familiar with the Saudi market, and able to turn daily frontline insights into actionable input for the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales associate training, including the preparation, translation, and localization of training materials such as product highlights and sales scripts.
• Translate and localize marketing assets between Arabic and English (and Chinese when needed), including product collateral, posters, POSM, training materials, and promotional content.
• Assist with social media operations by organizing product images, videos, copywriting, and other marketing assets.
• Support the execution and follow-up of new product launches, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Collect, organize, and report frontline feedback on the market, competitors, and sales associates.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the Marketing Lead.

Qualifications:

• Languages: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required. Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in marketing, retail, consumer electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Background: Experience in sales associate training, social media operations, or marketing campaign execution is a plus.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi market and local culture, with strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
• Mindset: A self-starter who is responsible, proactive, and able to drive tasks independently to completion.
