About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This position involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing process improvements, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for documenting workflows, creating detailed specifications, and supporting the implementation of new systems and processes. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation are essential. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall is preferred. Candidates should have experience working with cross-functional teams and possess a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. Knowledge of business process modeling tools and software such as Visio, JIRA, or Confluence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. They will gather requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs. The role involves translating business requirements into functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams to develop solutions. The Business Analyst will facilitate communication between business units and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle. They will also participate in testing activities, including creating test cases, performing user acceptance testing, and documenting results. Additionally, the role requires monitoring project progress, managing changes, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The Business Analyst will provide ongoing support post-implementation, assisting users and addressing any issues that arise.
