Operations Supervisor | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflows, team performance, and service delivery. The role combines operational management, sales performance monitoring, CRM oversight, and coordination with manufacturers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of workflows and processes.

* Monitor the performance of Sales Consultants and frontline teams, including targets, productivity, customer follow-up, and overall performance.

* Oversee CRM performance and utilization, ensuring accurate data, timely updates, proper lead management, and effective follow-up.

* Coordinate directly with manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners to follow up on orders, availability, deliveries, and operational requirements.

* Monitor vehicle orders, supply schedules, shipments, quantities, and delivery timelines in coordination with relevant departments.

* Support sales operations across B2C and B2B channels and assist in achieving commercial targets.

* Analyze operational and sales performance data, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.

* Prepare regular operational, sales, and performance reports for senior management.

* Coach and support team members through performance feedback, guidance, and continuous development.

* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

* Support management in resource planning, process optimization, and strategic operational initiatives.

* Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and service quality.
