تعلن جهة غير معلنة عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي سلسلة التوريد (Supply Chain Specialist) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقع ميداني في جدة، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • الإشراف على أنشطة سلسلة التوريد من البداية إلى النهاية لضمان حركة المواد والمنتجات في الوقت المحدد وبتكلفة فعالة وبدقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التنسيق مع الموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين وشركاء الخدمات اللوجستية لإدارة جداول الشراء والشحن والتسليم.
  • مراقبة مستويات المخزون وتحديث الأنظمة والسجلات بشكل منتظم.
  • تحليل أداء سلسلة التوريد والتوصية بتحسينات العمليات لتحسين العمليات.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية وحل مشكلات التوريد.
  • دعم تخطيط الطلب وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة واللوائح المعمول بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
  • خبرة عملية في إدارة سلسلة التوريد تشمل المشتريات والتنسيق اللوجستي وإدارة الموردين.
  • الإلمام بإجراءات الشحن الدولي والجمارك (مفيد).
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية، والانتباه للتفاصيل، والقدرة على العمل في الموقع في جدة بدوام كامل.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل قوية للتعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف والشركاء الخارجيين.
  • مهارات تحليلية صلبة لتفسير البيانات وإعداد التقارير ودعم اتخاذ القرارات.
  • إجادة استخدام أنظمة ERP أو برامج سلسلة التوريد.
  • مهارات متقدمة في Excel.
  • إدارة المخزون: تتبع مستويات المخزون وإدارة إعادة التمويل وتقليل النقص أو الفائض.
  • مبادئ إدارة العمليات لتحسين كفاءة العمليات ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر.

Role Description The Supply Chain Specialist will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate movement of materials and products. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah and involves coordinating with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics partners to manage purchasing, shipping, and delivery schedules. Daily responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, updating systems and records, analyzing supply chain performance, and recommending process improvements to optimize operations. The role also includes preparing regular reports, resolving supply issues, supporting demand planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess practical experience in Supply Chain Management, including procurement, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Inventory Management, with the ability to track stock levels, manage replenishment, and reduce shortages or excesses.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Operations Management principles to improve process efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP or supply chain software, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures are beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Jeddah on a full-time basis are required.
