PulseMedia هي وكالة تسويق رقمي متخصصة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية والعلامات الطبية والعافية. نبحث عن مطور واجهات أمامية مبتدئ في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا للانضمام إلى فريقنا عن بعد. هذه فرصة ممتازة لمطور في بداية مسيرته المهنية لبناء تجارب ويب حديثة وتطوير مهاراته في بيئة تعاونية داعمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • بناء وصيانة مواقع ويب وصفحات هبوط متجاوبة وسهلة الاستخدام لعملاء الرعاية الصحية والعافية.
  • تحويل تصاميم UI/UX إلى كود أمامي نظيف وقابل للصيانة وإعادة الاستخدام.
  • تطوير أصول رقمية تدعم الحملات التسويقية ومواقع العملاء.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع المصممين والمسوقين ومديري المشاريع لتقديم تجارب رقمية عالية الجودة.
  • المساعدة في تحسينات الواجهة الأمامية لدعم تحسين محركات البحث (SEO) وأداء الموقع وتحسين التحويل.
  • تحسين المواقع من حيث السرعة والاستجابة والتوافق عبر المتصفحات.
  • ضمان تجارب سلسة عبر أجهزة سطح المكتب والأجهزة اللوحية والهواتف المحمولة.
  • اتباع أفضل ممارسات إمكانية الوصول وسهولة الاستخدام.
  • صيانة وتحديث مواقع WordPress ومنصات CMS الأخرى وتنفيذ تغييرات المحتوى والقوالب والتخطيطات والصفحات الجديدة.
  • تحديد وإصلاح أخطاء الواجهة الأمامية وعدم اتساق واجهة المستخدم واختبار المواقع عبر متصفحات وأجهزة متعددة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث تقنيات وأطر الواجهة الأمامية وأفضل الممارسات والمشاركة في مراجعات الكود والتعاون مع المطورين المخضرمين لتطوير المهارات باستمرار.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في تطوير الواجهات الأمامية (بما في ذلك التدريب الداخلي أو العمل الحر أو المشاريع الشخصية أو خبرة المعسكرات البرمجية).
  • خبرة في العمل على مواقع ويب أو تطبيقات ويب حية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو تطوير الويب أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة (اللغة العربية ميزة قوية).
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق عن بعد.
  • دوافع ذاتية ورغبة في التعلم والنمو.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم قوي لـ HTML5 و CSS3 و JavaScript.
  • خبرة في بناء مواقع ويب متجاوبة تعتمد على مبدأ الموبايل أولاً (mobile-first).
  • الإلمام بأطر JavaScript الحديثة مثل React أو Vue أو ما شابه (يفضل).
  • خبرة في العمل مع WordPress أو أنظمة CMS أخرى (يفضل).
  • فهم أساسي لممارسات التطوير الصديقة لمحركات البحث (SEO).
  • الإلمام بـ Git وسير عمل التحكم بالإصدارات.
  • خبرة في استخدام أدوات التصميم مثل Figma أو Adobe XD.
  • معرفة أساسية بتحسين أداء المواقع واختبار التوافق عبر المتصفحات.
  • خبرة مع Tailwind CSS أو Bootstrap أو أطر CSS مماثلة (يفضل).
  • فهم أساسي لمعايير إمكانية الوصول WCAG (يفضل).
  • معرفة بأدوات بناء JavaScript وسير العمل الحديثة (يفضل).
  • خبرة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية أو القطاعات الخاضعة للتنظيم (يفضل).

What You'll Do

Front-End Development

  • Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
  • Develop digital assets that support marketing campaigns and client websites.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Assist with front-end improvements that support SEO, website performance, and conversion optimization.

Performance & Optimization

  • Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ensure seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Follow accessibility and usability best practices.

CMS Management

  • Maintain and update WordPress websites and other CMS platforms.
  • Implement content changes, templates, layouts, and new pages as required.

Quality Assurance

  • Identify and resolve front-end bugs and UI inconsistencies.
  • Test websites across multiple browsers and devices to ensure reliability and quality.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay up to date with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with experienced developers to continuously improve your skills.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 0-2 years of front-end development experience (including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or bootcamp experience).
  • Experience working on live websites or web applications is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and browser compatibility testing.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.
  • Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.
