تعلن شركة PULSEMEDIA (EMEA) عن توفر وظيفة Junior Front-End Developer (عن بُعد) في المملكة العربية السعودية.

PulseMedia هي وكالة تسويق رقمي متخصصة في علامات الرعاية الصحية والطبية والعافية. نبحث عن مطور واجهات أمامية مبتدئ من منطقة MENA للانضمام إلى فريقنا البعيد. هذه فرصة ممتازة للمطورين في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية الذين يشغفون ببناء تجارب ويب حديثة ومتجاوبة وتطوير مهاراتهم التقنية في بيئة تعاونية داعمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • بناء وصيانة مواقع ويب متجاوبة وسهلة الاستخدام وصفحات هبوط لعملاء الرعاية الصحية والعافية.
  • تحويل تصاميم UI/UX إلى كود أمامي نظيف وقابل للصيانة وإعادة الاستخدام.
  • تطوير أصول رقمية تدعم الحملات التسويقية ومواقع العملاء.
  • العمل عن كثب مع المصممين والمسوقين ومديري المشاريع لتقديم تجارب رقمية عالية الجودة.
  • المساعدة في تحسينات الواجهة الأمامية التي تدعم تحسين محركات البحث وأداء الموقع وتحسين معدل التحويل.
  • تحسين المواقع من حيث السرعة والاستجابة والتوافق مع المتصفحات المختلفة.
  • ضمان تجربة سلسة عبر أجهزة سطح المكتب واللوحية والجوالة.
  • اتباع أفضل ممارسات إمكانية الوصول وسهولة الاستخدام.
  • صيانة وتحديث مواقع WordPress ومنصات CMS الأخرى.
  • تنفيذ تغييرات المحتوى والقوالب والتخطيطات والصفحات الجديدة حسب الحاجة.
  • تحديد وإصلاح أخطاء الواجهة الأمامية والتناقضات في واجهة المستخدم.
  • اختبار المواقع عبر متصفحات وأجهزة متعددة لضمان الموثوقية والجودة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث تقنيات وأطر الواجهة الأمامية وأفضل الممارسات.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات الكود والتعاون مع المطورين ذوي الخبرة لتحسين المهارات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة 0-2 سنوات في تطوير الواجهات الأمامية (بما في ذلك التدريب والعمل الحر والمشاريع الشخصية أو خبرة المعسكرات البرمجية).
  • خبرة في العمل على مواقع ويب حية أو تطبيقات ويب تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو تطوير الويب أو خبرة عملية معادلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم قوي لـ HTML5 و CSS3 و JavaScript.
  • خبرة في بناء مواقع متجاوبة تعتمد على الجوال أولاً.
  • الإلمام بأطر JavaScript الحديثة مثل React أو Vue أو ما شابهها يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • يفضل خبرة في العمل مع WordPress أو أنظمة CMS أخرى.
  • فهم أساسي لممارسات التطوير الملائمة لتحسين محركات البحث.
  • الإلمام بـ Git وسير عمل التحكم بالإصدارات.
  • خبرة في استخدام أدوات التصميم مثل Figma أو Adobe XD.
  • معرفة أساسية بتحسين أداء الموقع واختبار توافق المتصفحات.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على العمل بفعالية في فريق عن بُعد.
  • دافع ذاتي واستعداد للتعلم والنمو.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية.
  • يفضل أيضًا: خبرة مع Tailwind CSS أو Bootstrap أو أطر CSS مشابهة، فهم أساسي لمعايير إمكانية الوصول WCAG، التعرض لصناعة الرعاية الصحية أو الطبية، الإلمام بأدوات بناء JavaScript وسير العمل الحديثة، مهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، والعربية تعتبر ميزة قوية.

What You'll Do

Front-End Development

  • Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
  • Develop digital assets that support marketing campaigns and client websites.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Assist with front-end improvements that support SEO, website performance, and conversion optimization.

Performance & Optimization

  • Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ensure seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Follow accessibility and usability best practices.

CMS Management

  • Maintain and update WordPress websites and other CMS platforms.
  • Implement content changes, templates, layouts, and new pages as required.

Quality Assurance

  • Identify and resolve front-end bugs and UI inconsistencies.
  • Test websites across multiple browsers and devices to ensure reliability and quality.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay up to date with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with experienced developers to continuously improve your skills.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 0-2 years of front-end development experience (including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or bootcamp experience).
  • Experience working on live websites or web applications is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and browser compatibility testing.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.
  • Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.
