شركة Advanced Metals Company (AMCO) تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس ثاني (Engineer II) في قسم الهندسة، متخصص في الصمامات، في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مهندس إنتاج صمامات قادر على تنفيذ أنشطة التصميم والتصنيع والتحقق والاعتماد لمنتجات الصمامات المستخدمة في معدات النفط والغاز، والتي تكون عادةً حاوية للضغط أو حاملة للأحمال، وذلك وفقاً لمعايير الكفاءة الهندسية الداخلية والخارجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مراجعات العقود وأوامر البيع لتحديد المخاطر التجارية والفنية.
- تطوير تصاميم منتجات جديدة وتحسين وتطوير التصاميم الحالية.
- المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم مع العميل والحصول على قبول مواصفات التصميم.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية وتطوير مخطط الموقع الرئيسي ومقترح التصميم الهندسي أو التعديل بناءً على متطلبات العميل.
- تطوير خطة تحقق شاملة للمشروع، وتضمين متطلبات التحقق من الأطراف الثالثة والعميل عند الاقتضاء.
- تحديد وضمان تصميم المعدات وفقاً للمعايير الدولية الحالية.
- تحديد التحسينات في المنتجات والإجراءات والعمليات الحالية وتطوير حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة لتلبية المواصفات.
- التواصل بمواصفات التصميم لتفسيرها من قبل المهندسين والمصممين الآخرين.
- المشاركة كمقدم أو مراجع في المراجعات الفنية.
- إعداد وإدارة خطط التنفيذ للتسليمات الهندسية.
- إجراء التحقق من التصميم لإعداد تقرير التحقق الكامل (DVR) لتلبية خطة التحقق.
- إنشاء ومراجعة الرسومات والحسابات والإجراءات وقائمة المواد (BOM) التي يقوم بها الآخرون لدعم التصميم، وضمان الموافقات المناسبة.
- مراجعة وتحديث وتطوير مسارات عمليات التصنيع.
- العمل مع الوظائف الأخرى لحل المشكلات، مثل المشتريات والتصنيع والاختبار والخدمات الميدانية (زيارة منصة الحفر/موقع العميل).
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والملكية للمشاريع المسندة.
- العمل بساعات غير قياسية لدعم حالات توقف منصة الحفر.
- المشاركة في التحسين المستمر للعمليات والأدوات والمعايير.
- ضمان توثيق البيانات الفنية الناتجة عن المشاريع المسندة وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات الهندسة.
- الامتثال للوائح الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- المسؤولية عن الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وفقاً لوثيقة واجب الرعاية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة عمل ذات صلة لمدة 10 سنوات و/أو تدريب؛ أو مزيج معادل من التعليم والخبرة في مجال المنتجات الأولية للنفط والغاز.

Role Purpose
The Production Engineer Valves is a competent individual capable of undertaking design, manufacturing, validation & verification activities on Valve products used in oil & gas equipment typically pressure containing and/or load bearing in nature, meeting internal & external engineering competence standards.

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Required Years Of Experience
10 years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Oil and gas upstream products design and development.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Undertake contract/sales order reviews to identify commercial and technical risks.
- Develop new product design designs and improve and enhance existing ones.
- Participate in design reviews with the customer and gain acceptance of design specifications.
- Perform field visits and develop master layout plan and proposal for engineering design or modification based on customer requirements.
- Develop an overall project verification plan. Where appropriate include verification requirements from third parties and the customer.
- Identify and ensure equipment is designed in accordance with the current international standards.
- Identify improvements in existing products, procedures and processes and develop cast effective solutions to satisfy specifications.
- Communicate design specifications for interpretation by other engineers and designers.
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical reviews.
- Prepare / manage execution plans for engineering deliverables.
- Undertake design verification to establish a full Design Verification Report (DVR) to satisfy the verification plan.
- Create and review drawings, calculations, procedures & BOM undertaken by others in support of design, ensuring the appropriate approvals.
- Review, update and develop manufacturing process routings.
- Work with other functions to solve problems, such as purchasing, manufacturing, testing, field services (Rig/customer site visit).
- Provide technical leadership and ownership of assigned projects.
- Work non-standard hours in support of rig down situations.
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes, tools and standards.
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects is consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
- Comply with quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.
- HSE responsibility refer to HSE Duty of Care Document.
