Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Site QA/QC Manager to join our team!

 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintain overall consistency of quality supervision-
• Line manager of Quality Managers
• Backup of both Quality Managers during their leave/absences
• Collation and reporting of quality KPIs monthly, with assistance from Reporting Specialist
• Owner of Project Quality Plan & Lesson Learned
• Mentor deputies for quarterly audits of Contractors, campaigns and focused inspections
• Review of select Contractor Quality key documents (including Plans, Audits, NCRs) as Final Approver
• Mentor and Monitor performance of Quality Managers.

 

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field
• 15+ years experience in a quality role
• Broad knowledge of quality requirements in foundations, structures, roadworks, utilities and MEP
• Prior experience as the lead Quality role on a high-value programme of works
• Expert knowledge of construction quality processes

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Willingness to regularly spend time on the worksite to verify quality practices are being implemented and to identify deficiencies.
