Technical Team Lead - Security Device Managed Services

تعلن شركة Accenture Middle East عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمسمى Technical Team Lead - Security Device Managed Services في الرياض. نبحث عن قائد فريق تقني ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق خدمات الأمن المُدارة، حيث سيقود فريقًا من مهندسي الأمن ويكون السلطة التقنية لضمان التميز في الخدمة واستمرارية العمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق من مهندسي الأمن وتوجيههم في عمليات الأمن المُدارة اليومية.
- الإشراف على تكوين أجهزة الأمن والبنية التحتية لأمن الشبكات ومراقبتها وإدارتها.
- العمل كنقطة تصعيد للحوادث التقنية المعقدة والمشكلات المتعلقة بالخدمة.
- ضمان الامتثال لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA) والحفاظ على معايير عالية لتقديم الخدمة للعملاء.
- التعاون مع العملاء لفهم متطلباتهم الأمنية وتقديم إرشادات خبراء.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر في الأدوات والعمليات وقدرات الفريق.
- إعداد وعرض تقارير فنية للإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية فقط.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الأمن السيبراني، مع تركيز قوي على أمن الشبكات وإدارة أجهزة الأمن.
- خبرة مثبتة في دور قائد فريق أو دور تقني أول ضمن بيئة خدمات أمن مُدارة (Managed Security Services).
- خبرة عملية مع أدوات وتقنيات أمن الشبكات مثل (Firewall/NGFW, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR أو ما يشابهها).
- فهم قوي لعمليات الأمن والاستجابة للحوادث وإدارة التصعيد.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة.
- الشهادات ذات الصلة (مثل CISSP, CISM, CEH أو شهادات خاصة بالبائعين) تُعد ميزة إضافية.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة مع مزودي خدمات الأمن المُدارة (MSSP) أو بيئات المؤسسات الكبيرة، والإلمام بلوائح الأمن السيبراني السعودية وإطارات الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني (NCA).

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to join our Managed Security Services team. In this role, you will lead a team of security engineers responsible for the delivery, management, and optimization of security devices across our clients' environments. You will serve as the technical authority, ensuring service excellence and operational continuity.
Lead and mentor a team of security engineers in day-to-day managed security operations
Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and management of security devices and network security infrastructure
Act as the escalation point for complex technical incidents and service issues
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high standards of service delivery for clients
Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide expert guidance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team capabilities
Prepare and present technical reports to management and stakeholders
Saudi nationals only
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on network security and security device management
Proven experience in a team lead or senior technical role within a Managed Security Services environment
Hands-on expertise with network security tools and technologies (Firewall/NGFW, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR, or similar)
Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and escalation management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Relevant certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific)
Preferred
Prior experience working with MSSP or large enterprise environments
Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's cybersecurity regulations and NCA frameworks
