شركة طاقة عالمية كبرى تعمل في مجال التكرير والبتروكيماويات تبحث عن Senior Estimator PCD للعمل في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد تقديرات التكاليف الخاصة بتغييرات الأوامر (Change Orders).
- مراجعة والتحقق من مقترحات التكاليف المقدمة من المقاولين، بما في ذلك الكميات والعمالة والمواد والمعدات والإنتاجية والتكاليف غير المباشرة.
- التحقق من كميات المواد (MTOs) وأسعار الوحدات والهياكل الداعمة للتكاليف.
- مقارنة أسعار المقاولين مع البيانات التاريخية والعقود ومعلومات السوق.
- التنسيق مع أقسام الهندسة والبناء والعقود والتخطيط ومراقبة التكاليف لتأكيد نطاق العمل وتأثيرات التكلفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مشاريع البتروكيماويات والتكرير.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع EPC (يفضل أن تكون في المملكة العربية السعودية).
- القدرة على التكيف مع التغيرات والعمل في بيئة مشاريع دولية متعددة الثقافات.
- مكان العمل: الجبيل - المملكة العربية السعودية.
- نظام العمل: 6 أيام في الأسبوع (إقامة كاملة).
- تاريخ البدء: فوراً.
- مدة المهمة: 12 شهراً (قابلة للتجديد).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية عالية ودقة في العمل.
- مهارات تواصل شفهي وكتابي باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق المشروع والتنسيق مع مختلف الأطراف (مقاولين، جهات حكومية، مستثمرين، جهات رقابية، وغيرهم).
- مهارات قيادية في سياقات عمل تتطلب تحديات.
- التواصل الفعال على جميع المستويات التنظيمية.

Job Description
MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The service holder is responsible for preparing and validating cost estimates primarily related to Change Orders for ongoing EPC projects.
ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates for Change Orders.
- Review and validate contractor cost proposals, including quantities, labor, materials, equipment, productivity, and indirect costs.
- Verify MTOs, unit rates, and supporting cost build-ups.
- Benchmark contractor rates against historical data, contracts, and market information.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Contracts, Planning, and Cost Control to confirm scope and cost impacts.
- Experience in refining or petrochemicals and technologies.
- Proven Experience in EPC project management (knowledge of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a plus).
- 15+ years’ experience in Petrochemicals and refining projects.
- Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical mind.
- Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, Authorities, industrial Investors, nearby Industries, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, etc.). Ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
- Leadership in a challenging context.
- Oral communication abilities and writing skills in the English language required.
