PULSEMEDIA (EMEA) تعلن عن وظيفة Junior Front-End Developer (عن بعد) في مكة الطائف السعودية، للعمل في فريق رقمي متكامل ضمن قطاع الرعاية الصحية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • بناء وصيانة مواقع ويب وصفحات هبوط سريعة الاستجابة لعملاء الرعاية الصحية والعافية.
  • تحويل تصاميم UI/UX إلى كود أمامي نظيف وقابل للصيانة وإعادة الاستخدام.
  • تطوير الأصول الرقمية الداعمة للحملات التسويقية ومواقع العملاء.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع المصممين والمسوقين ومديري المشاريع لتقديم تجارب رقمية عالية الجودة.
  • المساعدة في تحسينات الواجهة الأمامية التي تدعم تحسين محركات البحث وأداء الموقع وتحسين معدل التحويل.
  • تحسين سرعة المواقع واستجابتها وتوافقها عبر المتصفحات.
  • ضمان تجربة سلسة عبر أجهزة سطح المكتب والأجهزة اللوحية والجوالة.
  • اتباع أفضل ممارسات إمكانية الوصول وسهولة الاستخدام.
  • صيانة وتحديث مواقع WordPress وأنظمة إدارة المحتوى الأخرى.
  • تنفيذ تغييرات المحتوى والقوالب والتخطيطات والصفحات الجديدة حسب الحاجة.
  • تحديد وإصلاح أخطاء الواجهة الأمامية وعدم تناسق واجهة المستخدم.
  • اختبار المواقع عبر متصفحات وأجهزة متعددة لضمان الموثوقية والجودة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث تقنيات وأطر الواجهة الأمامية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات الكود والتعاون مع مطورين ذوي خبرة لتحسين المهارات باستمرار.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • 0-2 سنوات من خبرة تطوير الواجهة الأمامية (بما في ذلك التدريب الداخلي، العمل الحر، المشاريع الشخصية، أو تجربة المعسكرات التدريبية).
  • خبرة في العمل على مواقع ويب حية أو تطبيقات ويب تعتبر ميزة.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تطوير الويب، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
  • فهم قوي لـ HTML5 و CSS3 و JavaScript.
  • خبرة في بناء مواقع ويب سريعة الاستجابة تركز على الجوال أولاً.
  • الإلمام بأطر JavaScript الحديثة مثل React أو Vue أو ما شابه ذلك يعتبر ميزة.
  • خبرة في العمل مع WordPress أو أنظمة إدارة المحتوى الأخرى مفضلة.
  • فهم أساسي لممارسات التطوير الملائمة لتحسين محركات البحث.
  • الإلمام بـ Git وسير عمل التحكم في الإصدارات.
  • خبرة في استخدام أدوات التصميم مثل Figma أو Adobe XD.
  • معرفة أساسية بتحسين أداء الموقع واختبار توافق المتصفحات.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات اتصال ممتازة والقدرة على العمل بفعالية في فريق عن بُعد.
  • دافع ذاتي ورغبة في التعلم والنمو.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية وإدارة وقت.
  • خبرة مع Tailwind CSS أو Bootstrap أو أطر CSS مماثلة.

What You'll Do

Front-End Development

  • Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
  • Develop digital assets that support marketing campaigns and client websites.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Assist with front-end improvements that support SEO, website performance, and conversion optimization.

Performance & Optimization

  • Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ensure seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Follow accessibility and usability best practices.

CMS Management

  • Maintain and update WordPress websites and other CMS platforms.
  • Implement content changes, templates, layouts, and new pages as required.

Quality Assurance

  • Identify and resolve front-end bugs and UI inconsistencies.
  • Test websites across multiple browsers and devices to ensure reliability and quality.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay up to date with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with experienced developers to continuously improve your skills.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 0-2 years of front-end development experience (including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or bootcamp experience).
  • Experience working on live websites or web applications is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and browser compatibility testing.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.
  • Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.
