تعلن شركة أكوا باور عن توفر وظيفة مشرف لتقنية المعلومات والتقنية التشغيلية (IT/OT Supervisor) في جدة - الشعيبة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة خدمات دعم IT/OT وأنشطة مكتب المساعدة عبر المكتب الرئيسي والمحطات المحددة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة الدعم اليومية لـ IT/OT وضمان حل الحوادث وطلبات الخدمة في الوقت المناسب.
- تنفيذ خطط وسياسات وإجراءات ومعايير IT/OT الخاصة بالمؤسسة والمحافظة عليها.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للأجهزة والبرمجيات والشبكات وأنظمة الاتصالات والبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات.
- تنسيق الدعم لأنظمة OT مثل SCADA وDCS وPLC وHMI والشبكات الصناعية والخوادم والأنظمة المرتبطة بالمحطات (حيثما ينطبق).
- التنسيق مع أقسام التشغيل والصيانة والهندسة وغيرها لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بـ IT/OT التي تؤثر على عمليات المحطات.
- مراقبة توفر أنظمة IT/OT ورفع الحوادث الحرجة لمدير تقنية المعلومات والفرق الفنية المختصة.
- ضمان إنجاز المهام المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات في وقتها من تركيبات وخدمات وأنشطة البائعين اللازمة لإنهاء الفواتير والمدفوعات.
- إجراء التقييمات الفنية للأجهزة ومعدات الشبكات والبرمجيات وحلول IT/OT والمتطلبات الفنية ذات الصلة.
- تقديم المراجعات والتوصيات الفنية لمقارنات المشتريات وأنشطة الشراء الخاصة بـ IT/OT.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأصول الأجهزة والبرمجيات والشبكات وأصول IT/OT للمكتب الرئيسي وجميع المحطات المسندة.
- ضمان التتبع السليم لمعدات IT/OT والتراخيص والضمانات وعقود الصيانة والاشتراكات البرمجية.
- جمع ومراجعة تقارير الحالة الأسبوعية لـ IT/OT من جميع المواقع والمشاريع وتقديم تقارير مجمعة لمدير تقنية المعلومات.
- مراقبة حوادث IT/OT المتكررة وتحديد فرص التحسين والإجراءات الوقائية.
- تنسيق استكشاف الأعطال والصيانة الوقائية والترقيات واستبدال معدات وأنظمة IT/OT.
- ضمان الحفاظ على ترتيبات النسخ الاحتياطي والاسترداد للأنظمة والبيانات الحيوية لـ IT/OT (حيثما ينطبق).
- ضمان إدارة صلاحيات الوصول وحسابات المستخدمين والأذونات وفق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- دعم تنفيذ ضوابط الأمن السيبراني لـ IT/OT وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات السارية.
- التنسيق مع فرق الأمن السيبراني وتقنية المعلومات بخصوص الثغرات والحوادث الأمنية والوصول غير المصرح به.
- ضمان تنسيق واعتماد وتوثيق وتنفيذ التغييرات على أنظمة OT الحيوية دون التأثير سلباً على عمليات المحطة.
- التنسيق مع البائعين والمقاولين ومصنعي المعدات الأصلية ومتكاملي الأنظمة ومقدمي الخدمات ومراقبة أدائهم.
- مراجعة التقارير الفنية للبائعين وتقارير الخدمة وتوصيات الصيانة وترقيات الأنظمة المقترحة.
- ضمان امتثال البائعين والمقاولين لسياسات الشركة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومتطلبات دخول الموقع وإجراءات الأمن السيبراني.
- المساعدة في تعيين وتأهيل وتدريب وتطوير موظفي IT/OT.
- تحديد فجوات الكفاءة بين الموظفين التابعين وتنفيذ إجراءات التدريب والتطوير المناسبة.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل للموظفين الجدد وتقييم أدائهم في التدريب.
- إجراء تقييمات الأداء السنوية للموظفين التابعين.
- ضمان تحديد وتقييم ومراقبة المخاطر داخل منطقة العمل المحددة.
- ضمان تحديد ومراقبة الجوانب البيئية السارية وفق متطلبات الشركة.
- الإبلاغ عن الانحرافات وعدم المطابقة المتعلقة بنظام الإدارة المتكاملة ودعم الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- الإبلاغ عن حالات الطوارئ والحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة والإخفاقات الكبرى في أنظمة IT/OT للإدارة المختصة.
- ضمان التعامل والتخلص السليم من النفايات المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات مثل الخراطيش والحبر والبطاريات والمعدات الإلكترونية والنفايات الإلكترونية الأخرى وفق المتطلبات السارية.
- ضمان الاستخدام الفعال لموارد IT/OT والقوى العاملة والمعدات والبرمجيات والأدوات والخدمات.
- الحفاظ على التواصل والتنسيق الفعال بين المكتب الرئيسي والمحطات وفريق تقنية المعلومات وأقسام التشغيل والصيانة والهندسة والإدارات الأخرى.
- دعم مشاريع IT/OT وتنفيذ الأنظمة والترقيات والتكامل وأنشطة التشغيل.
- ضمان توثيق أنظمة IT/OT وتكوينات الشبكات وسجلات الأصول وإجراءات الدعم والمعلومات الفنية بشكل صحيح.
- القيام بالمهام والمشاريع والتكليفات المسندة من الإدارة.
- أداء المهام والمسؤوليات الأخرى المسندة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسب أو علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة الإلكترونيات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الأتمتة أو هندسة التحكم أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل درجة البكالوريوس).
- شهادة مهنية في تقنية المعلومات أو الشبكات أو الأمن السيبراني أو الأتمتة الصناعية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6-8 سنوات في دعم تقنية المعلومات أو البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات أو الشبكات أو IT/OT الصناعية أو الأتمتة أو خدمات الدعم الفني.
- يفضل 8+ سنوات خبرة مع خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف أو قيادة الفرق.
- يفضل خبرة في دعم أنظمة IT/OT ضمن قطاعات الطاقة أو تحلية المياه أو المرافق أو النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات أو البيئات الصناعية الأخرى.

- Collect and review weekly IT/OT status reports from all sites and projects and submit consolidated reports to the IT Manager.
- Monitor recurring IT/OT incidents and identify opportunities for improvement and preventive actions.
- Coordinate troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and replacement of IT/OT equipment and systems.
- Ensure proper backup and recovery arrangements are maintained for critical IT/OT systems and data, where applicable.
- Ensure IT/OT access, user accounts, and permissions are managed in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Support implementation of IT and OT cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity requirements.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity and IT teams regarding vulnerabilities, security incidents, unauthorized access, and other cybersecurity concerns.
- Ensure changes to critical OT systems are properly coordinated, approved, documented, and implemented without negatively impacting plant operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, OEMs, system integrators, and service providers and monitor their performance.
- Review vendor technical reports, service reports, maintenance recommendations, and proposed system upgrades.
- Ensure vendors and contractors comply with company policies, HSE requirements, site access requirements, and cybersecurity procedures.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of IT/OT personnel.
- Identify competency gaps among subordinate personnel and implement appropriate training and development actions.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees and evaluate their OJT performance.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for reporting employees.
- Ensure identification, assessment, and control of hazards within the assigned work area.
- Ensure applicable environmental aspects are identified, monitored, and controlled in accordance with company requirements.
- Report deviations and non-conformities related to the Integrated Management System (IMS) and support corrective actions.
- Report emergencies, incidents, near misses, and major IT/OT system failures to the appropriate management.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of IT-related waste, including cartridges, toners, batteries, electronic equipment, and other e-waste, in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Ensure effective utilization of IT/OT resources, manpower, equipment, software, tools, and services.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination between the corporate office, plants, IT team, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments.
- Support IT/OT projects, system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of IT/OT systems, network configurations, asset records, support procedures, and technical information.
- Attend to tasks, projects, and assignments delegated by management.

Desired:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Professional IT, networking, cybersecurity, or industrial automation certification is an advantage.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, networking, industrial IT/OT, automation, or technical support services.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience supporting IT/OT systems within power, water desalination, utilities, oil & gas, petrochemical, or other industrial environments is preferred.
