بنك الجزيرة بالرياض يبحث عن مساعد مدير للاستجابة للحوادث (Incident Response Assistant Manager) لدعم تطوير وتنفيذ وتحسين قدرات الاستجابة للحوادث السيبرانية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في قيادة أنشطة الاستجابة للحوادث السيبرانية بما في ذلك التحديد والاحتواء والاستئصال والاسترداد.
  • تنسيق جهود الاستجابة عبر الفرق المختلفة مع تقنية المعلومات وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال والشؤون القانونية وإدارة الأعمال.
  • دعم تطوير وصيانة خطط الاستجابة للحوادث والإجراءات والكتب الإجرائية بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات التنظيمية (مثل SAMA، NCA).
  • إجراء تحقيقات الحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية ومراجعات ما بعد الحادث مع تقارير واضحة ودروس مستفادة.
  • مراقبة التنبيهات الأمنية وتصعيد الحوادث بناءً على شدتها وتأثيرها.
  • دعم دمج معلومات التهديدات لتعزيز جاهزية الكشف والاستجابة.
  • المشاركة في تمارين المحاكاة والتدريبات ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
  • ضمان التوثيق السليم وحفظ الأدلة والتقارير التنظيمية عند الحاجة.
  • المساهمة في برامج التوعية المتعلقة بإدارة الحوادث والمرونة السيبرانية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الأمن السيبراني، تقنية المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الأمن السيبراني مع خبرة قوية في الاستجابة للحوادث أو عمليات مركز العمليات الأمنية (SOC) أو التحليل الرقمي (قطاع البنوك مفضل).
  • خبرة عملية في أدوات SIEM ومنصات EDR/XDR وتقنيات المراقبة الأمنية.
  • الإلمام بالأطر التنظيمية ومعايير الامتثال (SAMA، NCA، ISO 27001، NIST).

 Support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the bank’s Incident Response (IR) capabilities to ensure timely detection, containment, investigation, and recovery from cybersecurity incidents while maintaining regulatory compliance and minimizing business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading cybersecurity incident response activities including identification, containment, eradication, and recovery.

  • Coordinate cross-functional response efforts with IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business teams.

  • Support the development and maintenance of Incident Response plans, playbooks, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., SAMA, NCA).

  • Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews with clear reporting and lessons learned.

  • Monitor security alerts and escalate incidents based on severity and impact.

  • Support threat intelligence integration to enhance detection and response readiness.

  • Participate in tabletop exercises, simulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure proper documentation, evidence handling, and regulatory reporting when required.

  • Contribute to awareness programs related to incident handling and cybersecurity resilience.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong exposure to incident response, SOC operations, or digital forensics (banking/financial sector preferred).

  • Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, EDR/XDR platforms, and security monitoring technologies.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (SAMA, NCA, ISO 27001, NIST).
