تعلن شركة Unipal (منصة خصومات وتجارب للطلاب) عن توفر وظيفة Marketing Executive في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل بشكل موقعي (On-site) بدوام كامل، وستكون مسؤولاً عن زيادة قاعدة الطلاب في الرياض عبر الأنشطة الميدانية والتسويق الرقمي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- زيادة تحميلات التطبيق والتسجيلات والطلاب النشطين في الرياض وفق أهداف شهرية
- تخطيط وتنفيذ فعاليات وأكشاك وأنشطة في الجامعات بالرياض
- بناء وإدارة برنامج سفراء طلاب في الجامعات الرئيسية
- إدارة حملات تسويق مشتركة مع العلامات التجارية الشريكة لتعزيز الاستردادات
- توجيه صانع المحتوى المركزي لاحتياجات المحتوى المحلي والتنسيق لتصويره ميدانياً
- إدارة النشاط المحلي على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتفاعل مع الجمهور السعودي
- تتبع نتائج الحملات وإعداد تقارير عن النجاحات والتحديات والتحسينات المقترحة
- بناء علاقات مع نوادي الطلاب والجمعيات والموظفين في الجامعات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 1 إلى 4 سنوات في التسويق، ويفضل في مجالات النمو أو المجتمع أو التسويق الميداني أو التسويق الطلابي
- خبرة في إدارة الفعاليات أو برامج السفراء
- مريح مع العمل على أهداف وأرقام، والقدرة على تحديد القنوات التي جلبت المستخدمين
- معرفة جيدة بجامعات الرياض وثقافة الطلاب
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية تمكن من إدارة عدة حملات في وقت واحد
- قدرة على بناء علاقات مع الطلاب والجامعات والعلامات التجارية
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في شركة ناشئة أو تطبيق استهلاكي (ميزة إضافية)
- خبرة في أدوات التسويق عبر الأداء أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (ميزة إضافية)
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة (ميزة إضافية)

What You Will Do
- Grow app downloads, sign-ups, and active students in Riyadh against monthly targets
- Plan and run campus activations, events, and stands at Riyadh's universities
- Build and manage a student ambassador programme across key campuses
- Run co-marketing campaigns with partner brands to drive redemptions
- Brief the central Content Creator on local content needs and get content shot on the ground
- Manage local social activity and community engagement for the Saudi audience
- Track campaign results and report what works, what doesn't, and what you'll change
- Build relationships with university student clubs, societies, and staff
- 1-4 years in marketing, ideally in growth, community, field, or student marketing
- Experience running events, activations, or ambassador programmes
- Comfortable with targets and numbers: you know which channel brought in which users
- Good knowledge of Riyadh's universities and student culture
- Strong organisation: you can run several campaigns at once
- Confident building relationships with students, universities, and brands
- Experience in a startup or consumer app
- Experience with performance or social media marketing tools
- Fluent Arabic and English
