تعلن شركة نستله عن توفر وظيفة مساعد مدير للتمثيل الطبي (مندوب طبي) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك بنظام الدوام الكامل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترويج لمعتقد نستله بأن الرضاعة الطبيعية هي الأفضل للأطفال وأنها موصى بها على جميع بدائل تغذية الرضع.
- توفير معلومات موثوقة حول تغذية الرضع وممارسات إطعامهم للجهات الطبية/شبه الطبية في المجالات التي تهمهم أو تؤثر على ممارساتهم اليومية، وفقاً لأهداف ومواد التفصيل الدورية الحالية، لتصبح مرجعاً استشارياً في هذه الموضوعات.
- المشاركة في تنظيم وإدارة اجتماعات علمية طبية/شبه طبية حول معرفة المنتج أو التغذية أو المواضيع ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك اجتماعات الرعاية ودعوة المحاضرين الضيوف.
- تحديد وحفظ المعلومات ذات الصلة بجميع جهات الاتصال في المنطقة المخصصة عبر القائمة الرئيسية، بما في ذلك تصنيف الاهتمام والأهمية، واستكمال بطاقات الاتصال بشكل منتظم.
- مراقبة الأنشطة التنافسية والإبلاغ عنها لمدير الميدان الطبي، بما في ذلك المنتجات الجديدة واستراتيجيات التواصل وغيرها.
- الحفاظ على سجلات ودفاتر مناسبة لجميع المراسلات والإجراءات المتخذة في الأنشطة اليومية.
- ضمان الالتزام الصارم بجميع الأنشطة المنفذة وفقاً للمدونة الدولية لتسويق بدائل حليب الأم ومنظمة الصحة العالمية وتعليمات نستله والقوانين المحلية.
- الامتثال لمتطلبات نستله الصارمة بعدم السعي للتواصل مع النساء الحوامل أو أمهات الرضع والأطفال الصغار أو تقديم المشورة لهم بشأن حليب الأطفال في إطار العمل التجاري.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية قوية في: أخصائي التغذية السريرية أو التغذية أو الكيمياء الحيوية أو العلوم.
- الإقامة في مدينة جدة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (الإنجليزية والعربية).
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات.
- امتلاك سيارة ورخصة قيادة.
- الخبرة السابقة في مجال التغذية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

A day in the life..
- Promote Nestlé’s belief that Breastfeeding is Best for Babies and that Breastfeeding is recommendable over all other feeding alternatives for infants
- Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for medical/ paramedical contacts in areas that interest or affect them in their regular practice, according to current cycle detailing objectives and materials, becoming a reference advisor on these topics
- Participate in the organization and running of on Product Knowledge, Nutrition or related topics medical / paramedical scientific meetings including their sponsorship meeting, guest lecturer invitation.
- Identify and maintain relevant information on all contacts in assigned territory via master list, including classification on interest and importance, and by regular call cards completion
- Monitor and report to the Medical Field Manager on activities of our competitors including new competitor products, communication strategies, etc.
- Maintain proper records and registers of all correspondence and actions undertaken in daily activities
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
- Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that they will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity
- Strong background in: Clinical Dietician or nutrition or Biochemistry or Science
- Jeddah city resident
- Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic)
- 1-3 years of experience
- Must have a car and a driver’s license
- Previous Experience in Nutrition Field is plus.
