مندوب طبي مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات دقيقة وأخلاقية عن منتجات تغذية الرضع من نستله للأطباء والممرضين في منطقة الرياض، مع الالتزام الصارم بقانون منظمة الصحة العالمية الدولي لتسويق بدائل حليب الأم والتعليمات المحلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الاستخبارات السوقية: مراقبة وجمع وتحليل المعلومات والبيانات عن سوق تغذية الرضع والصناعة والمنافسين وأنظمة الرعاية الصحية والموردين والعملاء لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- إدارة المنطقة: تقسيم العملاء المحتملين (أطباء ومؤسسات صحية وصيدليات) وتحديد المناطق ووضع خطة وجدولة الزيارات وترتيب المسار لضمان تغطية فعالة.
- التواصل: الترويج لرسالة نستله وقيمها ومبادئها وتقديم معلومات عن تغذية الرضع وممارسات الإرضاع للأطباء لتمييز عروضنا عن المنافسين وضمان الدعم لمنتجاتنا وخدماتنا.
- الدعم: إدارة طلبات النظام الصحي لتقديم خدمات أفضل للمرضى (التعليم الطبي المستمر والمعدات) لبناء علاقات مستدامة ومسؤولة مع الأطباء والمؤسسات.
- التقارير: حفظ سجلات مناسبة لبيانات الأنشطة الميدانية ونتائجها لضمان أدلة على الأنشطة والقرارات وتحليل دقيق للبيانات.
- ضمان الالتزام الصارم بجميع الأنشطة بقانون منظمة الصحة العالمية الدولي لتسويق بدائل حليب الأم وتعليمات نستله والقوانين المحلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية قوية في: أخصائي تغذية سريرية أو تغذية أو كيمياء حيوية أو صيدلي.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (الإنجليزية والعربية).
- خبرة من 1-3 سنوات.
- يجب امتلاك سيارة ورخصة قيادة.
- الخبرة السابقة في مجال التغذية ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات استثنائية في التواصل والقدرة على الإقناع والتفاوض لتحقيق الأهداف يومياً.

A day in the life..
- Market intelligence: Monitor, collect and analyze information and data about Infant Nutrition market, Industry, products, competitors, healthcare systems (healthcare professionals and Institutions), vendors (Pharmacies and retails) and customers to support business making decision
- Territory Management: Segment prospects (healthcare professionals, healthcare Institutions and pharmacies), define territories, develop plan, schedule visits and plan route to ensure effective and efficient territory coverage
- Communication: Promote Nestlé’s purpose, values and principles and deliver information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices to healthcare professionals to differentiate our value offers from competitors and ensure advocacy towards Nestle benefit platforms, products and services
- Supporting: Manage the requests of the healthcare system to provide better services to patients (continuing medical education and equipment) to develop long-term, sustainable and responsible relationships with Healthcare professionals and Institutions
- Reporting: Maintain proper records of data and field activity outcomes to maintain evidence of activities and decisions and ensure relevant and accurate data analysis
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country code
- Strong background in: Clinical Dietician or nutrition or Biochemistry or Pharmacist
- Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic)
- 1-3 years of experience
- Must have a car and a driver’s license
- Previous Experience in Nutrition Field is plus.
- You are an exceptional communicator; you are able to advise, persuade and negotiate, ensuring activities and performance are driving towards your goals every day
