تعلن شركة نستله للمياه (مصنع المنهل) عن توفر وظيفة مدير لوجستي وطني في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن قسم سلسلة التوريد.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى المسؤولية عن تخطيط وتنسيق ومراقبة العمليات اللوجستية مثل التخزين والمخزون والنقل وعمليات سلسلة التوريد، بالإضافة إلى الإشراف على فريق من موظفي المستودعات أو التخصصات اللوجستية الأخرى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • توجيه والإشراف على جميع عمليات المستودعات الوطنية عبر جميع المستودعات، وضمان معايير متسقة للمواد الخام والتغليف والمنتجات النهائية.
  • قيادة تنفيذ وإنفاذ سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والرقابة الداخلية في جميع مواقع المستودعات، وضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير السلامة القانونية والشركات.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع ممارسات التخزين والمناولة ونقل المواد لمتطلبات سلامة الأغذية والجودة والتنظيم، ونقلها بكفاءة وفقًا للمعايير نفسها.
  • مراقبة فعالية استراتيجيات عمليات المستودعات باستمرار بهدف خفض التكاليف التشغيلية بما في ذلك الأجور، وتحسين إجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
  • قيادة وتطوير وتحفيز فريق المستودعات الوطني، وبناء القدرات من خلال تحديد فجوات الكفاءة وخطط التطوير.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة جامعية في الهندسة.
  • خبرة 8+ سنوات كمدير لوجستي.
  • معرفة قوية بمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمستودعات.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • خبرة في اللوجستيات الطرفية الثالثة (3PL).
  • خلفية في صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).

Position Snapshot

  • Position Title: National Logistics Manager.
  • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Department: Supply Chain .

Position Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operation such as: warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain process.In addition to supervise a team of warehouse staff or other logistics specialties

Key Outputs:

  • Direct and oversee all national warehouse operations across all depots, ensuring consistent standards for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Lead the implementation and enforcement of HSE an internal control policies across all warehouse sites, ensuring full compliance with legal and corporate safety standards.
  • Ensure all storage, handling, and material-movement practices comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and transported efficiently with same standards
  • Continuously monitor effectiveness of the warehouse-operations strategies aimed at reducing operating costs, including wages, and improvement of quality-control procedures
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the national warehouse team, building capability by Identifying competency gaps and development plans.

Qualification And Requirements

  • University degree in engineering.
  • 8+ years’ experience as logistics manager
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have experience in 3PL
  • FMCG industry background.
