About the Program

All customer banking operations are carried out accurately and quickly according to the required standards and quality while adhering to the bank's rules and customer service concepts.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Marketing and selling the bank's strategic products while adhering to the concepts of customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintaining a professional and positive level in dealing with customers.
• Implementation of banking operations in accordance with the required standards and quality.
• Identify and know the needs of customers and solve their problems in line with their expectations.
• Guiding and directing customers to alternative electronic channels.
• Maintain and adhere to the confidentiality of customer information and records.
• Commitment to the application of the bank's policies, procedures and regulations and the regulations of the Saudi Central Bank.
• Execution of all cash operations of customers (deposits, withdrawals, transfers ... etc) in accordance with the internal and official controls that regulate work procedures.

Selection criteria

• Saudi.
• Fresh graduate.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Accounting - Marketing - Finance and Investment - Banking - Insurance - Sales - English Language - Computer - Public Relations.
• The minimum GPA is good.
• Passing the recruitment steps (personal skills assessment tests, personal interviews)
