تعلن شركة SYSTRA Brasil، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الهندسة والاستشارات المتخصصة في النقل العام والتنقل المستدام، عن فرصة لتولي منصب مدير مشروع (السكك الحديدية) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه فرصة مرتبطة بتقديم عطاء فقط في هذه المرحلة، وسيكون أي تعاقد خاضعًا لنجاح الفوز بالمشروع والموافقة النهائية من العميل.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

ستكون مسؤولاً عن القيادة الشاملة والتوجيه الاستراتيجي والإشراف على التنفيذ لمشروع السكك الحديدية التقليدية وسكك حديد الشحن من الفوز بالعطاء حتى التسليم. يتطلب هذا الدور قائد تسليم متمرس يتمتع بخبرة واسعة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى للسكك الحديدية التقليدية وسكك حديد الشحن، مع القدرة على توجيه فرق متعددة التخصصات، وإدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة والعملاء، والإشراف على الواجهات المعقدة، وقيادة النتائج الناجحة عبر جميع مراحل التسليم بما يتوافق مع الجدول الزمني والميزانية والجودة والسلامة والأهداف التشغيلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التخطيط الشامل والتنفيذ والتسليم لمشروع السكك الحديدية.
  • تقديم القيادة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية عبر جميع وظائف المشروع.
  • إدارة أداء تسليم المشروع مع التركيز على الجدول الزمني والتكلفة والجودة والسلامة والمخاطر.
  • الإشراف على الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك الهندسة والبناء والتجارة والتخطيط والعقود ومراقبة المشروع.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعميل والاستشاريين والجهات الرسمية وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
  • ضمان الامتثال للالتزامات التعاقدية والمتطلبات التنظيمية ومعايير الشركة.
  • قيادة عمليات حوكمة المشروع وإعداد التقارير واتخاذ القرارات وإدارة الأداء.
  • قيادة تحديد المخاطر وتخطيط التخفيف وحل المشكلات طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
  • دعم تخطيط مرحلة العطاء وتطوير المنهجية واستراتيجية التوظيف وتخطيط التسليم حسب الحاجة.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة لدعم تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح.
  • ضمان ثقافة قوية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وضمان الجودة والتميز التشغيلي عبر المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة. يفضل درجة الماجستير.
  • 25 عامًا كحد أدنى من إجمالي الخبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية والإنشاءات واسعة النطاق.
  • خبرة سابقة إلزامية في مشاريع السكك الحديدية التقليدية وسكك حديد الشحن.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تسليم المشاريع لقيادة مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى أو السكك الحديدية أو النقل من البداية إلى الاكتمال.
  • خبرة سابقة في منصب مدير مشروع أو دور قيادي مشابه، ويفضل أن يكون في مشاريع السكك الحديدية التقليدية وسكك حديد الشحن.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة في دول الخليج.
  • معرفة قوية بمبادئ إدارة المشاريع وإدارة العقود والإدارة التجارية ومراقبة المشاريع.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق كبيرة ومتعددة الثقافات ومتعددة التخصصات.
  • مهارات ممتازة في إدارة العملاء والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة والتفاوض والتواصل.

This requirement is for a bid opportunity only at this stage. Any engagement will be subject to successful project award and final client approval.

The Project Director will be responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and execution oversight for the conventional railway and freight rail project from award through delivery. The role requires a seasoned delivery leader with extensive experience in major conventional rail and freight rail infrastructure projects, with the ability to direct multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder and client relationships, oversee complex interfaces, and drive successful outcomes across all phases of delivery in line with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and operational objectives

Missions/Main Duties

  • Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of the railway project.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all project functions.
  • Manage project delivery performance with a focus on schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction, commercial, planning, contracts, and project controls.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, decision-making, and performance management processes.
  • Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support bid-stage planning, methodology development, staffing strategy, and delivery planning as required.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support successful project execution.
  • Ensure a strong culture of HSE, quality assurance, and operational excellence across the project.

Profile/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. A master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 25 years of total experience in large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
  • Mandatory prior experience in conventional railway and freight rail projects.
  • Proven project delivery experience in leading major infrastructure, rail, or transportation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Prior experience in a Project Director or similarly senior leadership role, ideally on major conventional and freight railway projects.
  • Gulf experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, commercial management, and project controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, multicultural, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent client management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of HSE, quality, risk, and compliance requirements for major projects, including conventional and freight railway systems.
