شركة أسمو (ASMO)، وهي مشروع مشترك رائد بين DHL وأرامكو السعودية، تهدف إلى إعادة تعريف مشهد المشتريات وسلاسل الإمداد في القطاعات الصناعية والطاقة والكيماويات والبتروكيماويات. تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مشرف نقل (Transport Supervisor) في موقع SPARK بأبقيق، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة فريق النقل وتنسيقها لضمان نقل المواد في الوقت المناسب وبأمان.
- تخطيط وتخصيص موارد النقل لتلبية متطلبات التسليم.
- مراقبة عمليات النقل بما في ذلك إرسال المركبات وتحديد المسارات والتتبع.
- التعاون مع السائقين ومنسقي النقل لتحسين مسارات التسليم والجداول الزمنية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح النقل ومعايير السلامة.
- تحديد وحل أي مشكلات أو تأخيرات في عمليات النقل.
- تدريب وتطوير أعضاء فريق النقل لتعزيز مهاراتهم ومعرفتهم.
- المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات لزيادة الإنتاجية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- المساهمة في إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لتلبية متطلبات الإدارة والسياسات والمعايير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معتمدة ومعترف بها.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية ذات صلة بإدارة سلسلة الإمداد.
- خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال المستودعات أو اللوجستيات أو التصنيع أو العمليات الصناعية، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في قيادة أو الإشراف على فرق تشغيلية في الخطوط الأمامية (يفضل).
- الموقع: أبقيق - SPARK، أبقيق، المملكة العربية السعودية.

ASMO aims to provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.
Objective:
The Transport Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the transport operations of the chemical disposal / logistics hubs across ASMO. They coordinate and monitor the movement of materials, ensure compliance with transportation regulations, and optimize efficiency in the transport processes.
General Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the transport team to ensure timely and safe movement of materials
- Plan and allocate transportation resources to meet delivery requirements
- Monitor transport operations, including vehicle dispatch, routing, and tracking
- Collaborate with drivers and transport coordinators to optimize delivery routes and schedules
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in transport operations
- Train and develop the transport team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
- Certifications related to supply chain management preferred
- 7-10 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or industrial operations experience with minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising frontline operational teams is preferred
