انضم إلى تمارا، الشركة الرائدة في التكنولوجيا المالية في السعودية ومنطقة الخليج، كمستشار تحصيل في الرياض. ستعمل على إدارة واسترداد المدفوعات المتأخرة من العملاء في سوق الإمارات، مع التركيز على التواصل الفعال والوعي الثقافي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء 300-350 مكالمة يوميًا لمتابعة العملاء.
- التواصل مع العملاء عبر جميع القنوات المتاحة مثل المكالمات، وواتساب، والبريد الإلكتروني لتذكيرهم بالمدفوعات المستحقة.
- توثيق جميع التفاعلات مع العملاء بدقة وتحديث أنظمة CRM في الوقت الفعلي.
- رفع الحالات غير المحلولة أو عالية المخاطر إلى قائد الفريق أو الإدارات المعنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لإرشادات التحصيل الصادرة عن CBUAE والسياسات الداخلية لتمارا في جميع الاتصالات.
- تحقيق أهداف التحصيل اليومية والشهرية مع الحفاظ على معايير عالية لرضا العملاء.
- العمل وفقًا لمواعيد التحصيل المحددة التي تبدأ من الساعة 8:00 صباحًا بتوقيت السعودية.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات الدورية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس (مفضلة ولكنها غير إلزامية).
- خبرة من 1-2 سنوات في تحصيل الديون أو خدمة العملاء أو أدوار الاتصال الهاتفي.
- فهم جيد لأساليب التحصيل والإقناع.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية أمر إلزامي؛ ويُفضل إتقان أي من اللغات التالية: الهندية أو الأوردو أو الفلبينية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في الإقناع والتفاوض وحل المشكلات.
- الإلمام بأدوات CRM وأنظمة الاتصال الهاتفي (مفضل).
- فهم جيد لبرنامج MS Excel (ميزة إضافية قوية).

About The Role
As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from customers in the UAE market. The role requires strong communication skills, good at convincing, cultural awareness, and professionalism in handling customers across diverse nationalities.
Your Responsibilities
- Attempt 300-350 calls on a daily basis.
- Contact customers via all available channels like call,WhatsApp, and email to remind them of outstanding payments.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update CRM systems in real-time.
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to the team lead or concerned departments.
- Ensure all communications are compliant with CBUAE collection guidelines and Tamara's internal policies.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Can work as per the defined collection shifts starting as early as 8:00 AM KSA time.
- Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in debt collection, customer service, or telecalling roles.
- Good understanding of collection tactics to convince the customer
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory; proficiency in any of these languages Is preferable Hindi, Urdu, or Filipino.
- Strong convincing, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer systems is preferred.
- Understanding of MS Excel is strong plus
