تعلن شركة الفنار (alfanar) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهربائي - صيانة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف الشركة إلى ضمان الأداء الأمثل والموثوقية للمعدات من خلال الصيانة الدورية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، بالتعاون مع فرق الصيانة والفنيين لتعزيز كفاءة المعدات وطول عمرها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل إلى جانب مهندسين أولين لأداء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية على مجموعة واسعة من الأنظمة الكهربائية الصناعية، بما في ذلك توزيع الطاقة والتحكم في المحركات وأنظمة الأتمتة.
  • المساعدة في تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية وتنفيذ الحلول على المعدات، بدءًا من الآلات الثابتة إلى المعدات الثقيلة المتنقلة.
  • المساهمة في المشاريع التي تهدف إلى تحسين الموثوقية والكفاءة والسلامة، مثل ترقيات المعدات ومبادرات توفير الطاقة.
  • الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة، بما في ذلك إجراءات Lockout-Tagout (LOTO)، والمساهمة في ثقافة خالية من الإصابات.
  • المساعدة في الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة وتاريخ المعدات وقطع الغيار ضمن نظام الإدارة الرقمية.
  • المشاركة بنشاط في الدورات التدريبية حول التقنيات الجديدة ومعايير السلامة وأفضل ممارسات الصيانة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة (حديث التخرج أو ذو خبرة محدودة).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم أساسي للمبادئ الكهربائية وأنظمة الطاقة و PLCs ودوائر التحكم.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات بعقلية تحليلية وفضولية ورغبة في فهم كيفية عمل الأشياء وأسباب فشلها.
  • رغبة قوية في التعلم وتطوير المهارات العملية الجديدة والنمو المهني.
  • الالتزام بالعمل بأمان واتباع الإجراءات.
  • القدرة على التكيف للعمل في بيئات صناعية مختلفة وإدارة مهام متعددة.
  • مهارات اتصال ممتازة والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق من الفنيين والمهندسين.
  • إلمام بأنظمة التشخيص الميكانيكي (Mechanical Diagnostics Systems)، الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية (Preventative and Predictive Maintenance)، ومعرفة المواد/قطع الغيار (Materials/Parts Knowledge).

Job Purpose

Ensure the optimal performance and reliability of equipment through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Diagnosing mechanical issues, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and collaborating with technicians to enhance equipment longevity and efficiency, ultimately supporting the smooth operation of machinery.

Key Accountability Areas

Learn and Apply: Work alongside senior engineers to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide array of industrial electrical systems, including power distribution, motor controls, and automation systems.

Troubleshooting Support: Assist in diagnosing electrical faults and implementing solutions on equipment ranging from stationary plant machinery to mobile heavy equipment.

Technical Projects: Contribute to projects aimed at improving reliability, efficiency, and safety, such as equipment upgrades and energy-saving initiatives.

Safety First: Learn and strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures, contributing to a zero-harm culture.

Documentation: Help maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts within our digital management system.

Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions on new technologies, safety standards, and maintenance best practices.
