تعلن شركة Helmerich & Payne (H&P) عن حاجتها لتعيين ميكانيكي (Mechanic) في السعودية. الميكانيكي الدولي مسؤول عن السلامة الميكانيكية وسلامة العمليات وضمان استمرار عمل المعدات الميكانيكية في منصات H&P.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

الميكانيكي الدولي مسؤول بشكل أساسي عن السلامة الميكانيكية وسلامة العمليات، وضمان استمرار عمل المعدات الميكانيكية في منصات H&P. توفر هذه الوظيفة فرصة للمساهمة في بناء وتشكيل ثقافة H&P ومشاركة شغفك بها من خلال تقديم ورش تطوير قيادية في المجال الميكانيكي، وتدريب قادة H&P ميدانيًا، والعمل مع فريق موهوب لتطوير حلول ميكانيكية متسقة، وتدريب الآخرين في H&P على أفضل ممارسات الصيانة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إظهار القيم الأساسية ومعايير السلامة وفقًا لنهج H&P.
  • ضمان التشغيل الميكانيكي الآمن لبرج الحفر والمعدات ذات الصلة والأفراد الذين يستخدمون المعدات الميكانيكية كجزء من مهامهم اليومية، مع الالتزام بالمعايير الميكانيكية الفيدرالية والولائية والإقليمية وتشريعات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ذات الصلة.
  • تقييم المشكلات الميكانيكية واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • إجراء تفتيش سلامة للمكونات الميكانيكية وإجراء الإصلاحات والتعديلات حسب الحاجة، مع الحفاظ على الامتثال لمعايير المعدات ومعايير H&P.
  • تركيب المعدات الجديدة والتعديلات والترقيات، وضمان تشغيل المعدات المركبة بشكل صحيح.
  • طلب جميع قطع الغيار الميكانيكية وضمان توفر مخزون كافٍ منها.
  • تنسيق الصيانة الوقائية وإصلاح المعدات الميكانيكية.
  • قيادة اجتماعات JSA و Compass Card المتعلقة بالعمل.
  • إكمال المستوى الخبير من تدريب BOP في WorkDay، والحرص على تحديث التدريبات الحالية في WorkDay حسب المطلوب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في آلات ومعدات حفر الآبار.
  • أن يكون ميكانيكيًا من المستوى الأول (Level 1) مع خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر كميكانيكي في H&P.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل في بيئات السكان الأصليين (indigenous environments).
  • إكمال تدريب شهادة Expert Mechanical Workday Certification.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم واستخدام نظام إدارة العمليات المسموح بها (POMS).
  • إظهار القدرة على إدخال تقارير خدمة شاملة في نظام E.A.M.
  • القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام.
  • إظهار مهارات متقدمة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على إكمال إجراءات الصيانة الوقائية في الوقت المناسب.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع سياسات H&P ذات الصلة.
  • الامتثال شخصيًا لجميع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة وكونه قدوة للآخرين.
  • فهم وتطبيق الالتزامات القانونية المحلية والإقليمية والولائية والفيدرالية.
  • بالتنسيق مع إدارة الموقع، المسؤولية عن تنفيذ تدابير السلامة والأمن لحماية الأفراد من الأعطال الميكانيكية أو الإصابات أو الحوادث الوشيكة.
  • تقديم تحديثات وتقارير منتظمة والعمل بشكل وثيق مع إدارة الموقع.
  • القدرة على التشاور مع الفرق لتحسين نتائج السلامة والإنتاجية.
  • الرغبة في تعلم وفهم تطبيق التشريعات ذات الصلة فيما يتعلق بالحفر والمعايير الكهربائية والتزامات وتوقعات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والتقارير والتدقيق والعمل في المواقع التي يوجد بها ملاك تقليديون (أصحاب أراضٍ من السكان الأصليين) وغيرها.

Job Summary

The International Mechanic is primarily responsible for the mechanical safety and integrity of the operations and to safely ensure the continual function of the mechanical equipment on H&P rigs. This position provides an opportunity to help build and shape H&P’s culture and share your passion for H&P by delivering mechanical leadership developmental workshops; coaching H&P leaders in the field; working with a talented team to develop consistent mechanical solutions and training others in H&P on maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates core values and safety standards according to the H&P way
  • Ensures the safe mechanical operation of the drill rig, related equipment and personnel that use mechanical equipment as part of their regular duties. Must also have the capacity to comply with federal, state and territory mechanical standards and requirements, as well as related health, safety and environmental legislation
  • Evaluates mechanical problems and takes corrective action
  • Conduct safety inspection of mechanical components, making repairs and adjustments as needed and maintains compliance of same within equipment standards and H&P standards
  • Install new equipment, retrofits, and upgrades, and ensure the installed equipment is operating properly
  • Orders all mechanical parts and ensure adequate stock of parts are available
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs of mechanical equipment
  • Lead job related JSA and Compass Card Meetings
  • Completed Expert level of the BOP training in WorkDay
  • Up to date on current Workday trainings as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS And ABILITIES

MECHANIC

  • Must understand and use Permitted Operations Management System (POMS)
  • Demonstrates the ability to enter thorough service reports into the E.A.M. system
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Able to demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Able to complete preventative maintenance procedures in a timely manner
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant H&P policies
  • Personally, complies with all Company policies and procedures and sets an example for others to follow
  • Understands and applies local, territory, state and federal statutory obligations
  • In conjunction with site management, is responsible for implementing safety and security measures for protection of personnel against mechanical failure, injury or near miss
  • Provides regular updates and reports and works closely with site management
  • Ability to consult with crews in order to optimize safety and productivity outcomes
  • Willingness to learn and understand the application of relevant legislation as it pertains to drilling, electrical standards, HSE obligations and expectations, reporting, audit, working in locations where there are traditional owners (indigenous land holders) etc.

  • Very flexible and adaptable, able to overcome
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop trusting relationships with H&P leaders at every level.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve deliverables.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in rig drilling machinery and equipment
  • Level 1 Mechanic with 3+ years’ experience as H&P Mechanic
  • Previous experience working in indigenous environments
  • Must have completed the Expert Mechanical Workday Certification training
