شركة Sulava MEA تبحث عن مستشار تحول في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI Transformation Advisor) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور قيادة برامج تبني وتحول الذكاء الاصطناعي لدى العملاء في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، والجمع بين الاستراتيجية والتنفيذ لتحقيق أثر تجاري ملموس.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة برامج تحول الذكاء الاصطناعي من البداية إلى النهاية (من الاستراتيجية إلى التنفيذ).
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة وصناع القرار لتحديد رؤية وخريطة طريق الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- دفع تبني Microsoft 365 Copilot من خلال ورش العمل والتدريب وتنفيذ حالات استخدام حقيقية.
- تصميم وتقديم ورش عمل ابتكارية وجلسات تنفيذية وبرامج تبني.
- ترجمة احتياجات الأعمال إلى حالات استخدام عملية للذكاء الاصطناعي وفرص الوكلاء (agents).
- عرض وبناء وكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي بسيط لإظهار القيمة التجارية الملموسة.
- إدارة برامج التبني بما في ذلك التخطيط والتتبع ومؤشرات الأداء والنتائج.
- قيادة مبادرات إدارة التغيير لضمان التبني المستدام على نطاق واسع.
- التواصل بفعالية مع الجمهور التقني وغير التقني.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المعمار والهندسة والتنفيذ.
الشروط والمتطلبات

- إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة (كتابةً وتحدثًا).
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة قوية على العمل مع القيادة التنفيذية للعملاء على المستوى الاستراتيجي.
- خبرة مثبتة في تحول الذكاء الاصطناعي / الرقمنة / العمل الحديث.
- خبرة عملية مع Microsoft 365 وCopilot وأدوات الإنتاجية المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
- القدرة على عرض حالات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وسيناريوهات الوكلاء البسيطة.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة البرامج (تخطيط، تنفيذ، تتبع، تقارير).
- خبرة في تقديم برامج تحول أو تبني متعددة المراحل.
- القدرة على تحديد مؤشرات الأداء وقياس النجاح وتحسين النتائج باستمرار.
- خبرة في إدارة التغيير (مثل ADKAR أو أطر مشابهة).
- مهارات تواصل وسرد قصصي قوية.
- القدرة على قيادة ورش العمل والتدريبات والجلسات التنفيذية.
- إدارة ممتازة لأصحاب المصلحة عبر الأعمال وتقنية المعلومات.
- فهم قوي لمنظومة Microsoft والتقنيات السحابية.
- خبرة في العمل مع عملاء من المؤسسات الكبيرة.
- فهم سوق المملكة العربية السعودية (ميزة قوية).

We are looking for an AI Transformation Advisor in Saudi market to lead end-to-end AI adoption and transformation programs for our customers across the Middle East.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role-combining AI strategy, change management, adoption, and program delivery. You will work directly with customer leadership and teams to turn AI from a concept into measurable business impact.

What You Will Do

What You Will Do
- Lead AI transformation programs end-to-end (from strategy to execution)
- Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to define AI vision and roadmap
- Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through workshops, training, and real use-case execution
- Design and deliver Innovation Workshops, executive briefings, and adoption programs
- Translate business needs into practical AI use cases and agent opportunities
- Demonstrate and build simple AI agents to showcase tangible business value
- Manage adoption programs, including planning, tracking, KPIs, and outcomes
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure sustainable adoption at scale
- Communicate effectively across business and technical audiences
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and engagement teams
Core Capabilities
- Strong ability to work with customer leadership at a strategic level
- Proven experience in AI / digital / modern work transformation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-driven productivity tools
- Ability to demonstrate AI use cases and simple agent scenarios
- Strong program management skills (planning, execution, tracking, reporting)
- Experience delivering multi-phase transformation or adoption programs
- Ability to define KPIs, measure success, and continuously improve outcomes
- Experience in change management (e.g., ADKAR or similar frameworks)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to lead workshops, trainings, and executive sessions
- Excellent stakeholder management across business and IT
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud technologies
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Understanding of the KSA market is a strong advantage
