نبذة عن الوظيفة

بصفتك ضابط أمن (مشغل كاميرات مراقبة)، ستساهم في خلق بيئة آمنة ومُرحبة للضيوف والزملاء والزوار وأصول الفندق. ستقوم بمراقبة وتشغيل أنظمة كاميرات المراقبة والأمن بالفندق، والاستجابة للحوادث، ودعم فريق الأمن في الحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة والأمن والخدمة وفقاً لسياسات الفندق وإجراءاته.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة جميع كاميرات CCTV وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول ولوحات إنذار الحريق ومعدات الأمن الأخرى لضمان المراقبة الفعالة للممتلكات.
  • تحديد الأنشطة المشبوهة والاختراقات الأمنية ومخاطر السلامة والمخالفات التشغيلية والتحقيق فيها والإبلاغ عنها.
  • الحفاظ على المراقبة المستمرة للمناطق العامة والمداخل والمخارج والمناطق الخلفية والمواقع الحيوية الأخرى في الفندق.
  • تسجيل وتوثيق ورفع الحوادث فوراً وفقاً لإجراءات الفندق.
  • دعم أنشطة الاستجابة للطوارئ، بما في ذلك إنذارات الحريق والحالات الطبية الطارئة وعمليات الإخلاء والحوادث الأمنية.
  • التنسيق مع ضباط الأمن ومديري الورديات والإدارات المعنية أثناء التحقيقات وحالات الطوارئ.
  • ضمان التعامل مع تسجيلات CCTV وبيانات الأمن بسرية تامة وفقاً لسياسات الشركة واللوائح المحلية.
  • إجراء فحوصات دورية لمعدات المراقبة والأمن، والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال أو احتياجات صيانة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وتقارير الورديات وتقارير الحوادث وسجلات الأمن.
  • المساعدة في إدارة التحكم في الدخول ومراقبة الزوار والتحكم في المفاتيح والإشراف على المقاولين عند الحاجة.

  • المشاركة في التدريبات الأمنية والتمارين ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمليات الأمنية أو مراقبة كاميرات CCTV أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • معرفة بأنظمة CCTV ومعدات المراقبة والإجراءات الأمنية.
  • مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسوب والقدرة على إعداد التقارير والحفاظ على السجلات.
  • مهارات جيدة في الملاحظة والتحليل وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على البقاء هادئاً واتخاذ قرارات سليمة أثناء حالات الطوارئ.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • القدرة على العمل في نوبات دوارة وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية والمناوبات الليلية حسب الحاجة.
  • شهادة أو ترخيص أمني أو CCTV ذو صلة (حيث تتطلبه اللوائح المحلية).

Role Purpose

As a Security Officer (CCTV Operator), you will help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel assets. You will monitor and operate the hotel's CCTV and security systems, respond to incidents, and support the Security team in maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and service in line with hotel policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor all CCTV cameras, access control systems, fire alarm panels, and other security equipment to ensure effective surveillance of the property.
  • Identify, investigate, and report suspicious activities, security breaches, safety hazards, and operational irregularities.
  • Maintain continuous observation of public areas, entrances, exits, back-of-house locations, and other critical areas of the hotel.
  • Record, document, and escalate incidents promptly according to hotel procedures.
  • Support emergency response activities, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, evacuations, and security incidents.
  • Coordinate with Security Officers, Duty Managers, and relevant departments during investigations and emergency situations.
  • Ensure CCTV recordings and security data are handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Conduct routine checks of surveillance and security equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate logs, shift reports, incident reports, and security records.
  • Assist with access control management, visitor monitoring, key control, and contractor supervision when required.
  • Support loss prevention initiatives by monitoring potential theft, fraud, and unauthorized access.
  • Provide professional assistance to guests and colleagues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Remain familiar with hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and local legal requirements.
  • Participate in security training, drills, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Need From You

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in security operations, CCTV monitoring, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and security procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to prepare reports and maintain records.
  • Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overnight duties as required.
  • Relevant security or CCTV certification/license (where required by local regulations).
