نبذة عن الوظيفة
انضم إلى واحدة من أكبر وأعرق شركات الخدمات المهنية في العالم. بصفتك مستشارًا/مديرًا في مجال الأمن السيبراني، ستقوم بتقييم الوضع الحالي للأمن السيبراني، وتحديد الرؤية المستقبلية، وتصميم نموذج التشغيل، وبناء خارطة طريق مدعومة بدراسة الجدوى، وتقديم المشورة لكبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقييم الوضع الحالي للأمن السيبراني والنضج وفقًا لمعايير NCA ECC-2:2024 وNIST CSF 2.0 وISO/IEC 27001:2022، وإعداد تقرير التقييم.
- تحديد الحالة المستهدفة والرؤية والمبادئ التوجيهية، وتحويل الغموض إلى خيارات واضحة ومسار موصى به، وكتابة استراتيجية الأمن السيبراني.
- المقارنة المرجعية مع المؤسسات المماثلة والجهات الخاضعة للتنظيم في المملكة وأفضل الممارسات العالمية.
- تصميم وتوثيق نموذج التشغيل المستهدف: الهيكل، الأدوار، مصفوفة المسؤوليات (RACI)، خريطة القدرات، وتوزيع العمل بين الداخلي والخدمات المُدارة والاستعانة بمصادر خارجية.
- تحديد واجهات التفاعل بين الأمن السيبراني وتقنية المعلومات (IT) والتقنية التشغيلية (OT) وإدارة المخاطر والشؤون القانونية والمشتريات والأعمال.
- بناء خارطة طريق لمدة 3-5 سنوات تتضمن مبادرات مُكلفة، مرتّبة حسب تقليل المخاطر والاحتياجات التنظيمية والتكلفة، مع مراعاة واقعية التنفيذ.
- إعداد دراسات الجدوى، ملف الاستثمار، ومدخلات الميزانية السنوية، وربط الإنفاق الأمني بقيمة الأعمال وتقليل المخاطر.
- تتبع تسليم خارطة الطريق والفوائد؛ إعادة ترتيب الأولويات مع تغير خطط التطوير.
- تقديم المشورة لمسؤول أمن المعلومات (CISO) واللجنة التوجيهية والتنفيذيين بثقة، والتعامل مع التحديات والاعتراضات، وإدارة ورش العمل الاستراتيجية.
- تعريف مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) ومؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية (KRIs) بالتعاون مع فريق إدارة الأداء.
- إعداد تقارير ربع سنوية عن تقدم الاستراتيجية وخارطة الطريق وأوراق عمل لمجلس الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة إجمالية تتراوح بين 2-10 سنوات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأمن السيبراني أو علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير أو MBA).
- خبرة شخصية (وليس مجرد دعم) في تقديم استراتيجية أمن سيبراني أو نموذج تشغيل أو خارطة طريق تحول لمؤسسة كبيرة أو خاضعة للتنظيم (للمستويات العليا والمتوسطة).
- معرفة عملية بمعايير NCA ECC وNIST CSF 2.0 وISO/IEC 27001.
- مهارات قوية في الكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية والعروض التقديمية التنفيذية.
- خبرة في القطاع الحكومي السعودي أو الخليجي أو التطوير واسع النطاق أو البنية التحتية الحيوية.
- يفضل وجود خلفية استشارية (Big 4 أو شركة استراتيجية).
- يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
- شهادة واحدة على الأقل من: CISSP، CISM، CGEIT، CRISC. كما تُقدر شهادات: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor، PMP/PgMP.

Assess and set direction
- Assess current cybersecurity posture and maturity against NCA ECC-2:2024, NIST CSF 2.0 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and produce the current-state and maturity assessment report
- Define the target state, vision and guiding principles, turning ambiguity into clear options and a recommended path, and author the cybersecurity strategy
- Benchmark against peer organisations of similar scale, regulated KSA entities and global leading practice
- Design and document the target operating model: structure, roles, RACI, capability map, and the split between in-house, managed-service and outsourced work
- Define the interfaces between cybersecurity, IT, OT, risk, legal, procurement and the business
- Build the 3-5 years roadmap of costed initiatives, prioritized by risk reduction, regulatory need and cost, and keep it realistic for what the organisation can actually deliver, not a textbook ideal
- Prepare business cases, the investment profile and the annual budget input, linking security spend clearly to business value and risk reduction
- Track roadmap delivery and benefits; re-prioritize as development plans change
- Advise the CISO, steering committee and executives with confidence, handle challenge and push-back, and run strategy workshops
- Define strategic KPIs and KRIs with the Performance Management team
- Produce quarterly strategy and roadmap progress reports and board-level papers
- Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact.
- Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent.

- Years of experience: 2-10 years total years
- Bachelor's in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering or a related field, Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Has personally delivered (not just supported) at least one cybersecurity strategy, operating model or transformation roadmap for a large or regulated organisation (Senior and Mid)
- Working knowledge of NCA ECC, NIST CSF 2.0 and ISO/IEC 27001
- Strong written English and executive presentation skills
- KSA or GCC government, large-scale development or critical-infrastructure experience
- Consulting background (Big 4 or strategy firm) is preferred.
- Arabic language is preferred.
- At least one preferred: CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC. Also valued: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, PMP/PgMP.
