شركة HALA، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وباكستان (MENAP)، تبحث عن مدير امتثال (Compliance Manager) للعمل في مكتبها بالرياض. تهدف الشركة إلى إعادة تعريف الخدمات المالية وبناء بنك المستقبل للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وهي مرخصة من البنك المركزي السعودي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مراجعة دورية للوائح التنظيمية والتحقيق في قضايا الامتثال لضمان اتباع الإجراءات.
- العمل كنقطة تواصل للموظفين لطلب توضيح بشأن قضايا الامتثال أو الإبلاغ عن مخالفات.
- تصميم وتنسيق إعداد مراجعة تنظيمية للسياسات والإجراءات والمواد التدريبية ومواد التسويق وغيرها من أدوات التواصل لضمان التزام الأقسام بمتطلبات الامتثال.
- إنشاء برامج المراجعة الذاتية ومراقبة الامتثال.
- التنسيق لإنشاء ومراجعة وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات الناتجة عن القوانين واللوائح الجديدة.
- كتابة تقارير الامتثال.
- تحديث سجل المخاطر.
- رفع أي مخاطر عدم الامتثال.
- قيادة دورات تدريبية للموظفين حول القضايا القانونية والامتثال.
- تنسيق زيارات مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي (SAMA).
- تنفيذ طلبات وتقارير SAMA.
- تنسيق الزيارات التنظيمية.
- العمل كنقطة تواصل مع الجهات التنظيمية.
- قيادة تنفيذ اللوائح الجديدة.
- قيادة تحليل العقوبات التنظيمية.
- مراجعة تقارير الإبلاغ عن المخالفات.

- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون، المالية، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال دراسي مماثل.

Who Are We

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic regulatory review and investigations of compliance issues, to ensure that procedures are followed
- Serve as a point of contact for employees to seek clarification on compliance issues, or report irregularities
- Design and coordinate the preparation of a regulatory review on policies, procedures, training materials, marketing materials and other communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements
- Establish self-review and compliance monitoring programs
- Coordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from new laws and regulations
- Write compliance report
- Update the risk register
- Escalate any noncompliance risk
- Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues
- Coordinate SAMA’s visits.
- Perform SAMA’s requests and reports
- Coordinate regulatory visits
- Point of contact with the regulator
- Lead the implementation of new regulations.
- Lead the analysis of regulatory penalties.
- Review the whistleblowing reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent field of studies
