تعلن شركة هلا (HALA) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس برمجيات II في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. الشركة هي أحد اللاعبين الرائدين في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية في منطقة MENAP، وتهدف إلى إعادة تعريف الخدمات المالية وبناء بنك المستقبل للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير وصيانة خدمات الواجهة الخلفية (Backend Services) وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) التي تدعم منصات الويب والتطبيقات المحمولة لخدمات هلا.
  • بناء وتحسين أنظمة قابلة للتوسع وآمنة وعالية الأداء لدعم الطلب المتزايد على المستخدمين والبيانات.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع مديري المنتجات ومهندسي الواجهة الأمامية والفرق الأخرى لتحديد المتطلبات التقنية وتقديم حلول شاملة.
  • التكامل مع الأنظمة الخارجية وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات الداخلية والخدمات الخارجية لتمكين الوظائف السلسة.
  • كتابة كود نظيف وقابل للصيانة والاختبار باتباع أفضل الممارسات ومعايير الفريق.
  • تنفيذ آليات المصادقة والتفويض وحماية البيانات لضمان أمان النظام وسلامته.
  • المساهمة في مناقشات البنية التحتية والمراجعات التقنية لضمان حلول خلفية قابلة للتطوير ومستدامة.
  • مراقبة أداء النظام وتحديد الاختناقات وتنفيذ تحسينات الأداء.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات الكود والتوجيه والتحسين المستمر لعمليات الهندسة.
  • التعاون في نشر وصيانة الخدمات في بيئات التجربة والإنتاج (عبر خطوط CI/CD مثلاً).
  • دعم استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتصحيح المشكلات الإنتاجية في الوقت المناسب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة عملية معادلة).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير الواجهة الخلفية (Backend) في بيئة إنتاجية.
  • إتقان قوي لواحدة أو أكثر من لغات الواجهة الخلفية (.NET أو Node.js أو Python أو Go أو Java).
  • خبرة في تصميم وتطوير RESTful APIs و/أو GraphQL.
  • فهم متين لبنية الخدمات المصغرة (Microservices Architecture) والأنظمة المدفوعة بالأحداث (Event-Driven Systems).
  • الإلمام بقواعد البيانات (SQL و NoSQL) مثل PostgreSQL و MySQL و MongoDB أو Redis.
  • خبرة عملية مع منصات السحابة (OCI أو AWS أو GCP أو Azure) وأدوات الحاويات (Docker و Kubernetes).
  • معرفة بخطوط CI/CD والاختبارات الآلية وممارسات DevOps الحديثة.
  • فهم مبادئ الأمان والمصادقة (OAuth2 و JWT) وأفضل ممارسات خصوصية البيانات.
  • مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والعمل الجماعي والتواصل.
  • تركيز قوي على الأداء وقابلية التوسع والموثوقية.

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power Hala services web and mobile platforms.

  • Build and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance systems to support growing user and data demands.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other teams to define technical requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

  • Integrate with third-party systems, internal APIs, and external services to enable seamless functionality.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and team standards.

  • Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms to ensure system security and integrity.

  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design reviews to ensure scalable and future-proof backend solutions.

  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements.

  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

  • Collaborate in deploying and maintaining services in staging and production environments (e.g., via CI/CD pipelines).

  • Support troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues in a timely manner.

 

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Experience: 

  • 3+ years of backend development experience in a production environment.

  • Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (.NET, Node.js, Python, Go, or Java).

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL design and development.

  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.

  • Understanding of security principles, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and data privacy best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.

  • Strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
