المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لمدونة قواعد السلوك والأخلاقيات الخاصة بهلا.
- تعزيز رؤية ورسالة وقيم هلا ونمذجة السلوكيات المرغوبة.
- نشر ثقافة هلا والالتزام بقوانينها وأنظمتها.
- أداء المهام الموكلة لتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية.
- مشاركة المعرفة مع الفريق وتشجيع تطويرهم.
- قيادة وتنفيذ المشاريع التجارية المعقدة مع ضمان التوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية والمعايير الفنية.
- تطبيق المعرفة التجارية والفنية المتقدمة للإشراف على عمليات التكامل وتكوين الخوادم وإجراءات الأمن السيبراني لحلول الدفع.
- توجيه وإرشاد فرق المشروع وتحديد توقعات واضحة وتعزيز ثقافة التميز والمساءلة.
- تطوير وتحسين أطر إدارة المشاريع باستخدام أفضل الممارسات المصممة لصناعة المدفوعات.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع رئيس المؤسسة مع إظهار استقلالية كبيرة في اتخاذ القرارات.
- تجسيد شعور قوي بالقيادة والملكية واتخاذ القرارات بشكل حاسم وفعال دون الحاجة إلى إشراف متكرر.

Job Description :
The Senior Project Manager (PMO) is responsible for leading and executing complex business projects while ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to technical standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive projects independently with minimal oversight.

JOB-SPECIFIC
- Lead and execute complex business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical standards.
- Apply advanced business & technical knowledge to oversee integrations, server configurations, and cybersecurity measures for payment solutions.
- Mentor and guide project teams, setting clear expectations, and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and refine project management frameworks, employing best practices tailored to the payments industry.
- Coordinating closely with the Head of Enterprise and demonstrating significant autonomy in decision-making.
- Embody a strong sense of leadership and ownership, acting decisively and effectively without the need for frequent oversight.
