نبذة عن الوظيفة
يلعب محلل التطوير المؤسسي دوراً محورياً في دعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية لشركة هلا. يركز هذا الدور على العمل التحليلي عالي التأثير، وتقييم البيانات، والمقارنة المعيارية للسوق، إلى جانب دعم أنشطة الاندماج والاستحواذ وجمع التمويل والمهام المؤسسية الأخرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم التنفيذ الكامل لصفقات الاندماج والاستحواذ والفرص الاستثمارية الاستراتيجية، بدءاً من فحص السوق وتحديد الأهداف وحتى التواصل معها.
- بناء وصيانة النماذج المالية (التقييم، خطط الأعمال، تحليل السيناريوهات) لدعم قرارات الاستثمار والمبادرات الاستراتيجية.
- إجراء أبحاث سوقية متعمقة ومقارنات تنافسية في قطاعات التكنولوجيا المالية والمدفوعات والشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
- إعداد مواد عالية الجودة للإدارة العليا ومجلس الإدارة، تشمل مذكرات استثمارية وعروض استراتيجية وتقارير أداء.
- دعم أنشطة جمع التمويل من خلال المساعدة في إعداد مواد المستثمرين وتجهيز غرفة البيانات والتحليل المالي.
- تحليل بيانات الأداء الداخلي (إجمالي حجم التداول، المجموعات، اقتصاديات الوحدة، محفظة الإقراض) لاستخلاص رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- المساعدة في عمليات العناية الواجبة بتنسيق مسارات العمل وتحليل النتائج ودعم تنفيذ الصفقات.
- التعاون الوثيق مع الفرق المختلفة (المالية، المنتج، ذكاء الأعمال) في المبادرات الاستراتيجية ودراسات الجدوى.
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين والشركاء المحتملين لتحديد فرص النمو الجديدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، الاقتصاد، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في دور تحليلي ضمن بيئة عالية النمو مثل شركة ناشئة تقنية، أو شركة استشارات استراتيجية، أو بنك.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية والقدرة على تطوير دراسات الجدوى.
- كفاءة عالية في استخدام Excel و PowerPoint؛ الخبرة في أدوات البيانات مثل Tableau أو Power BI ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية؛ المعرفة باللغة العربية مفضلة.

Team and Responsibilities
Job Title: Corporate Development Analyst

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)
Role Summary:
The Corporate Development Analyst plays a critical role in supporting HALA's strategic initiatives. This position focuses on high-impact analytical work, data assessment, market benchmarking, and providing support across M&A, fundraising and corporate related deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, including market screening, target identification, and outreach
- Build and maintain financial models (valuation, business plans, scenario analysis) to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive benchmarking across fintech, payments, and SME ecosystems
- Prepare high-quality materials for senior management and board discussions, including investment memos, strategy decks, and performance updates
- Support fundraising activities by assisting in investor materials, data room preparation, and financial analysis
- Analyze internal performance data (GMV, cohorts, unit economics, lending portfolio) to generate actionable insights for decision-making
- Assist in due diligence processes by coordinating workstreams, analyzing findings, and supporting deal execution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, product, business intelligence) on key strategic initiatives and business cases
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential partners to identify new growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- 0-3 years' experience in an analytical role in a high growth environment such as technology startup/scaleup, strategy consulting, banking.
- Analytical skills and business case development.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is preferred
