نبذة عن الوظيفة
العمل مع محللي الأعمال وأصحاب المصلحة لتحديد وتوثيق فرص أتمتة العمليات. تصميم وتطوير واختبار ونشر بوتات RPA وفقاً لاحتياجات العمل. إجراء تقييمات العمليات ودراسات الجدوى لتقييم إمكانية الأتمتة، مع دعم تحسين سير العمل وإدارة دورة حياة الأتمتة عبر المؤسسة. التعاون مع قائد أتمتة العمليات ومحللي الأعمال وفرق تقنية المعلومات لمواءمة حلول الأتمتة مع أهداف المؤسسة ومبادرات الكفاءة التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل مع محللي الأعمال وأصحاب المصلحة لتحديد وتوثيق فرص أتمتة العمليات.
- تصميم وتطوير واختبار ونشر بوتات RPA بما يضمن التوافق مع احتياجات العمل.
- إجراء تقييمات العمليات ودراسات الجدوى لتقييم إمكانية الأتمتة.
- مراقبة وتحسين بوتات RPA الحالية وتحديد مجالات تحسين الأداء.
- الحفاظ على توثيق سير عمل الأتمتة لضمان الوضوح والامتثال لأفضل الممارسات.
- المساعدة في تدريب فرق العمل على أدوات وسير العمل الآلي الجديدة.
- التعاون مع قائد أتمتة العمليات ومحللي الأعمال وفرق تقنية المعلومات لمواءمة حلول الأتمتة مع أهداف المؤسسة.
- تقديم تحديثات دورية حول تقدم الأتمتة والأداء والتحديات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة (قد يتم استبدال متطلبات التعليم بخبرة عملية معادلة).
- من 4 إلى 6 سنوات من الخبرة في دور مماثل.
- خبرة مثبتة في نشر حلول أتمتة العمليات مع إتقان منصات RPA مثل n8n وZapier وMake.com وأنظمة ERP مثل Zoho.
- خبرة في تحسين سير العمل، رسم العمليات، وإدارة دورة حياة الأتمتة.
- فهم قوي للأنظمة المؤسسية ومنهجيات تحسين العمليات التجارية.
- خبرة عملية في تطوير ونشر واستكشاف أخطاء RPA.
- فهم قوي لأتمتة سير العمل والأنظمة المؤسسية وتحسين العمليات.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتفكير التحليلي والقدرة على التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- الكفاءات الأساسية: تحسين العمليات والابتكار (مستوى متقدم)، التعاون والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة (مستوى متقدم)، التفكير الاستراتيجي والتنفيذ (مستوى متوسط)، الفطنة التجارية والكفاءة التشغيلية (مستوى متوسط).

Role Summary
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and document process automation opportunities. Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots, ensuring alignment with business needs. Conduct process evaluations and feasibility studies to assess automation potential while supporting workflow optimization and automation lifecycle management across the organization.
Collaborate with the Process Automation Lead, business analysts, and IT teams to align automation solutions with enterprise-wide goals and operational efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and document process automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Conduct process evaluations and feasibility studies to assess automation potential.
- Monitor and optimize existing RPA bots, identifying areas for performance improvement.
- Maintain documentation for automation workflows, ensuring clarity and compliance with best practices.
- Assist in training business teams on new automation tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with the Process Automation Lead, business analysts, and IT teams to align automation solutions with enterprise-wide goals.
- Provide regular updates on automation progress, performance, and challenges.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Education requirements may be substituted with equivalent years of relevant experience.
Experience
- Three (4) to Five (6) years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in deploying process automation solutions, with expertise in RPA platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make.com, and ERP systems such as Zoho.
- Experience in workflow optimization, process mapping, and automation lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and business process improvement methodologies.
