المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم الأنشطة التشغيلية اليومية لنظم التشغيل ومعالجة تذاكر تقنية المعلومات المعتمدة عبر عملية مكتب الخدمة المقررة.
- المساعدة في أنشطة إعداد الموظفين الجدد وإنهاء خدماتهم، بما في ذلك تنسيق الحسابات وتجهيز الأجهزة ومتابعة الصلاحيات.
- دعم أنشطة إدارة نقاط النهاية مثل توفير الأجهزة، ومتابعة التحديثات، وتثبيت البرامج، والتحقق من الامتثال.
- المساعدة في الحفاظ على جرد أصول تقنية المعلومات عبر تحديث سجلات الأصول وتفاصيل التخصيص وحالة الحيازة وحركة المخزون.
- تقديم دعم استكشاف الأخطاء الأساسي لأجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة والطابعات والاتصال بالشبكة والبريد الإلكتروني وVPN وMicrosoft 365 والأدوات الداخلية.
- متابعة طلبات مكتب الخدمة والبلاغات لضمان التحديث في الوقت المناسب والتصنيف الصحيح ووضوح ملاحظات الحل.
- دعم أنشطة مراجعة الصلاحيات وجمع الأدلة لمتطلبات الحوكمة والتدقيق والامتثال.
- المساعدة في إعداد متتبعات التشغيل والتقارير الأسبوعية ومدخلات مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والوثائق الداعمة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية عند الحاجة لمتابعة الإجراءات المعلقة أو الموافقات أو التبعيات الفنية.
- دعم توثيق قاعدة المعرفة وتحديث إجراءات التشغيل القياسية وأنشطة تحسين العمليات الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية ومؤهل للالتحاق ببرنامج تمهير.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، نظم المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم أساسي لمفاهيم البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات وأنظمة التشغيل والشبكات والدعم الفني.
- الإلمام بـ Microsoft Windows وMicrosoft 365 وActive Directory وإدارة نقاط النهاية أو أدوات ITSM (يفضل).
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق والتوثيق.
- الرغبة في التعلم ودعم عمليات تقنية المعلومات اليومية في بيئة منظمة.
- مهارات أساسية في استكشاف الأخطاء والتفكير التحليلي وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على اتباع الإجراءات الداخلية والحفاظ على السرية ورفع المشكلات عند الحاجة.

Role Summary
The SysOps Intern - Tamheer will support the Systems Operations team in daily IT operations, user support, asset management, system administration activities, and operational documentation. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to IT infrastructure, service desk operations, endpoint management, access management, and governance-related activities within a professional technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily SysOps operational activities and assigned IT tickets through the approved Service Desk process.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account coordination, device preparation, and access follow-up.
- Support endpoint management activities such as device provisioning, patching follow-up, software installation, and compliance checks.
- Assist in maintaining the IT asset inventory by updating asset records, assignment details, custody status, and stock movement.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for laptops, printers, network connectivity, email, VPN, Microsoft 365, and internal tools.
- Follow up on Service Desk requests and incidents to ensure timely updates, proper categorization, and clear resolution notes.
- Support access review activities and evidence collection for governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing operational trackers, weekly reports, KPI inputs, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to follow up on pending actions, approvals, or technical dependencies.
- Support knowledge base documentation, SOP updates, and internal process improvement activities.
Requirements
- Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer program.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, networking, and technical support concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, or ITSM tools is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and support daily IT operations in a structured environment.
- Basic troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow internal procedures, maintain confidentiality, and escalate issues when needed.
