نبذة عن الوظيفة
هلا هي شركة رائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية في منطقة MENAP تهدف إلى إعادة تعريف الخدمات المالية وبناء البنك المستقبلي للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. تمكن هلا الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من بدء وإدارة وتنمية أعمالها من خلال توفير أدوات مالية وتكنولوجية متطورة. تمتلك هلا حالياً كيانات متعددة في الإمارات والسعودية ومصر، وتقدم حلولاً تمكن التجار من رقمنة مدفوعاتهم وإدارة مبيعاتهم وعملياتهم. تأسست عام 2017، وهي مرخصة من البنك المركزي السعودي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- وضع استراتيجية MARCOM وأولوياتها بما يتوافق مع أهداف العمل والتسويق.
- امتلاك السرد والرسائل الخاصة بالعلامة التجارية، وضمان الاتساق عبر الجماهير والقنوات والأسواق.
- تقديم القيادة والحوكمة للعلامة التجارية لحماية وتطوير هويتها ومعاييرها.
- قيادة الاتصالات المتكاملة للمبادرات الرئيسية، بما في ذلك الحملات الكبرى والإطلاقات والشراكات والفعاليات.
- الإشراف على تخطيط المحتوى والاتصالات (التوجيه التحريري والأصول الرئيسية) لدعم الوعي والطلب.
- توجيه اتصالات وتجارب الفعاليات، من التموضع والترويج إلى الرسائل في الموقع والمتابعة بعد الفعالية.
- دعم الاتصالات المؤسسية، بما في ذلك الإعلانات والاستعداد للطوارئ.
- إدارة التوافق بين الوظائف المختلفة واتصالات أصحاب المصلحة لجهود الذهاب إلى السوق.
- استخدام رؤى الأداء لتحسين الرسائل وزيادة الفعالية ودعم الخطط المستقبلية.
- إدارة الوكالات/الموردين الخارجيين والميزانيات؛ ضمان الجودة والاتساق والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 7+ سنوات من الخبرة في مجال الاتصالات التسويقية أو اتصالات العلامة التجارية أو التسويق المتكامل.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة اتصالات عالية التأثير ومتعددة القنوات (بما في ذلك الحملات والفعاليات).
- مهارات قوية في السرد الاستراتيجي وصياغة الرسائل مع تميز في الكتابة والتحرير.
- خبرة في التعاون مع كبار القادة والتأثير عبر الوظائف المختلفة.
- انضباط قوي في التخطيط والتنفيذ؛ والقدرة على إدارة الوكالات/الموردين والميزانيات بسهولة.

Key responsibilities
- Set MARCOM strategy and priorities aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Own brand narrative and messaging, ensuring consistency across audiences, channels, and markets.
- Provide brand leadership and governance to protect and evolve brand identity and standards.
- Lead integrated communications for key initiatives, including major campaigns, launches, partnerships, and events.
- Oversee content and communications planning (editorial direction and key assets) to support awareness and demand.
- Direct event communications and experiences, from positioning and promotion to on-site messaging and post-event follow-up.
- Supporting corporate communications, including announcements and issues readiness.
- Manage cross-functional alignment and stakeholder communications for go-to-market efforts.
- Use performance insights to refine messaging, improve effectiveness, and inform future plans.
- Manage external agencies/vendors and budgets; ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand communications, integrated marketing.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-channel communications (including campaigns and events).
- Strong strategic storytelling and messaging skills with excellent writing/editing judgment.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing across functions.
- Strong planning and execution discipline; comfortable managing agencies/vendors and budgets.
