Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Engineer role based in Al Khobar. The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for sourcing ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATIONAND HVAC materials, equipment, and services in line with SAUDI ARAMCO project specifications and company standards, including preparing and issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluating supplier offers, and coordinating negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 06years of experience in SAUDI ARABIA in procuring core E&I related materials for Saudi Aramco projects (Engineering and General consumables).
He/She should be familiar with all leading manufacturers/suppliers in the kingdom for E&I rrlated materials supply.
Transferable visa is an added advantage
SAP and advanced Excel knowledge is must
Should ne able to handle one or two projects at a time without any hassle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong supplier evaluation and RFQ management skills to identify, assess, and select suitable vendors.
• Candidates should possess expertise in preparing, processing, and tracking purchase orders in coordination with project and finance teams.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to compare quotations, optimize costs, and support data-driven procurement decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement within EPC, construction, or oil and gas industries is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of procurement standards, contract terms, and basic commercial conditions.
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
