المسؤول عن إدارة وصيانة ودعم البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات في المؤسسة، بما في ذلك Microsoft Exchange و Active Directory وخوادم Windows وحلول النسخ الاحتياطي وبيئة المحاكاة الافتراضية VMware. يضمن الدور توفر النظام العالي والأمان والأداء مع تقديم الدعم الفني وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وصيانة بيئة Microsoft Exchange.
- إدارة Active Directory بما في ذلك حسابات المستخدمين والمجموعات وسياسات المجموعة (GPO).
- إدارة ومراقبة البنية التحتية لخوادم Windows.
- إدارة بيئات VMware الافتراضية (vSphere / ESXi).

- مراقبة أداء النظام واستكشاف مشكلات البنية التحتية وإصلاحها.

- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق تقنية المعلومات لضمان خدمات تقنية موثوقة وآمنة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في إدارة Microsoft Exchange.
- خبرة في إدارة Active Directory (المستخدمين، المجموعات، GPO).
- خبرة في حلول النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة.
- خبرة في المحاكاة الافتراضية VMware (vSphere / ESXi).
- خبرة في إدارة خوادم Windows.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات Microsoft و VMware ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

The role ensures high system availability, security, and performance while providing technical support and resolving infrastructure-related issues.
Job Description
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange environment.
- Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and Group Policies (GPO).
- Manage and monitor Windows Server infrastructure.
- Administer VMware virtual environments (vSphere / ESXi).
- Perform backup and recovery operations to ensure data availability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Apply security updates, patches, and system maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure reliable and secure IT services.
- Experience in Microsoft Exchange Administration.
- Experience in Active Directory Administration (Users, Groups, GPO).
- Experience in Backup & Recovery Solutions.
- Experience in VMware Virtualization (vSphere / ESXi).
- Experience in Windows Server Administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Relevant Microsoft and VMware certifications are preferred.
