Jobgether تعلن، بالنيابة عن شركة شريكة، عن فرصة توظيف لمدير منتج للبنية التحتية للمدفوعات (Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure) في السعودية. سيتولى المرشح مسؤولية تشكيل الأنظمة الأساسية التي تتيح حركة الأموال بشكل آمن وموثوق وقابل للتوسع عبر عدة أسواق وعملات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- امتلاك وتنفيذ الخريطة التقنية للبنية التحتية الأساسية للمدفوعات، بما في ذلك قنوات الدفع وأنظمة دفتر الأستاذ ومحركات التسوية وتحويل العملات وقدرات الحسابات الافتراضية.
- قيادة تطوير الحسابات الافتراضية والبنية التحتية للحسابات الافتراضية الدولية (Virtual IBAN) لدعم تجارب الدفع الموجهة للعملاء واحتياجات الأعمال المتطورة.
- التعاون مع مدير منتج تجربة الدفع لمواءمة قدرات البنية التحتية مع متطلبات العملاء وترجمة احتياجات المنتج المستقبلية إلى أولويات تقنية.
- تقييم وترتيب أولويات والإشراف على عمليات التكامل مع الشركاء المصرفيين وموفري السيولة وشبكات تسوية العملات المستقرة، مع موازنة التكلفة والسرعة والموثوقية والتغطية السوقية.
- إدارة أنظمة معالجة المعاملات والتسوية والتسويات لضمان حركة الأموال بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد وبشكل موثوق عبر عملات وشبكات دفع متعددة.
- تحديد استراتيجيات توجيه الدفع وتحويل العملات، واختيار القنوات الأنسب لكل معاملة ودعم التسوية عبر شبكات مثل USDC وUSDT وPYUSD.
- التعاون مع فريق الهندسة في قرارات البنية المعمارية المتعلقة بـ APIs والأنظمة الموزعة واتساق البيانات وIdempotency ومعالجة الأخطاء والتسويات.
- العمل مع قسم الخزانة (Treasury) لدمج متطلبات السيولة ونماذج التمويل وتغطية ممرات الدفع في تصميم البنية التحتية.
- التعاون مع قسم الامتثال (Compliance) لتضمين المتطلبات التنظيمية والترخيصية والمتطلبات الخاصة بكل سوق في البنية التحتية للمدفوعات منذ البداية.
- تحديد ومراقبة مؤشرات أداء البنية التحتية، بما في ذلك نسب نجاح المعاملات وأوقات التسوية ووقت تشغيل النظام ودقة التسوية وتكرار الحوادث وشدتها.
- العمل مع فريق الهندسة على تخطيط السعة والاستجابة للحوادث وتحسينات قابلية التوسع وترتيب أولويات الديون التقنية التي قد تؤثر على الموثوقية أو النمو المستقبلي.
- توثيق قدرات البنية التحتية وقيودها وتكاملات الشركاء ومتطلبات كل ممر دعمًا لفرق المنتج والهندسة والتسويق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المنتجات، منها 3 سنوات أو أكثر في العمل مع البنية التحتية للمدفوعات أو قنوات الدفع أو أنظمة دفتر الأستاذ أو منصات الخدمات المصرفية الأساسية أو منصات المعاملات ضمن قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية أو العملات المشفرة.
- طلاقة تقنية قوية مع القدرة على المشاركة في مناقشات معمارية تفصيلية تغطي APIs والأنظمة الموزعة واتساق البيانات ومعالجة المعاملات وموثوقية النظام.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة أو علوم الحاسوب أو إدارة المنتجات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة مهنية للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
- خبرة في التعاون الفعّال مع فرق متعددة التخصصات عبر مختلف المجالات والأسواق والمناطق الزمنية.

As a Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure, you will shape the core systems that enable secure, reliable, and scalable money movement across multiple markets and currencies. You will own the technical roadmap for payment processing, settlement, ledger systems, virtual accounts, and banking integrations. Accountabilities
- Own and execute the technical roadmap for core payment infrastructure, including payment rails, ledger systems, settlement engines, currency conversion, and virtual account capabilities.
- Lead the development of virtual accounts and Virtual IBAN infrastructure to support customer-facing payment experiences and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with the Payment Experience Product Manager to align infrastructure capabilities with customer requirements and translate upcoming product needs into technical priorities.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and oversee integrations with banking partners, liquidity providers, and stablecoin settlement networks, balancing cost, speed, reliability, and market coverage.
- Own transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation systems to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable movement of funds across multiple currencies and payment networks.
- Define payment routing and currency conversion strategies, selecting the most appropriate rails for individual transactions and supporting settlement through networks such as USDC, USDT, and PYUSD.
- Partner with Engineering on architecture decisions involving APIs, distributed systems, data consistency, idempotency, error handling, and reconciliation.
- Work with Treasury to incorporate liquidity requirements, funding models, and payment corridor coverage into infrastructure design.
- Collaborate with Compliance to embed regulatory, licensing, and market-specific requirements into payment infrastructure from the outset.
- Define and monitor infrastructure performance metrics, including transaction success rates, settlement times, system uptime, reconciliation accuracy, and incident frequency and severity.
- Work with Engineering on capacity planning, incident response, scalability improvements, and the prioritization of technical debt that could affect reliability or future growth.
- Document infrastructure capabilities, limitations, partner integrations, and corridor-specific requirements to support Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience, including 3 or more years working with payment infrastructure, payment rails, ledger systems, or core banking and transaction platforms within fintech or crypto.
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage in detailed architecture discussions covering APIs, distributed systems, data consistency, transaction processing, and system reliability.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across different disciplines, markets, and time zones.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to make informed trade-offs between speed, cost, scalability, and reliability when defining technical product priorities.
- Experience with stablecoin or cryptocurrency settlement networks is a plus.
- Experience integrating banking partners, working with correspondent banking networks, or managing cross-border payment rails is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex infrastructure capabilities and technical constraints to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
