Najah Senior Management Consulting Office is seeking a Human Resources Manager on behalf of one of its clients, a dates company in the Qassim region.

📍 Location: Qassim, Saudi Arabia

• This position is open to Saudi nationals only.
• Oversee HR operations and develop human resources policies and procedures.
• Prepare and implement recruitment plans to attract qualified talent.
• Manage employee affairs, including contracts, leave, and personnel records.
• Oversee payroll and benefits in coordination with relevant departments.
• Develop performance management, training, and career development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and relevant policies.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics to support management decisions.
• Previous experience in human resources is required; leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR practices.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the same position is required.

💰 Compensation and Benefits: Total monthly salary of up to SAR 14,000, in addition to a competitive benefits package.
